Rong'an Apartment is jointly managed by Changsheng Hotel. Check-in with your room card is done at the Changsheng front desk, which is quick and includes luggage storage. It's also close to the North Gate and conveniently offers a shuttle service.
The apartment was very clean, with separate air conditioning units. Best of all, there were two sinks, separated from the bathroom and shower, which was very useful. However, water leaked easily during showering, which could be improved.
The two 1.35-meter queen-sized beds were large and comfortable. However, I don't know if there were bugs or something, but I woke up in the middle of the night with bites and itching.
Eight bottles of drinking water were provided free of charge per room, which was a first. If you're short on tissue paper, you can call the front desk and they'll immediately deliver a new pack. Excellent!
The hotel fee included breakfast and tickets, which was a great value. The show was fantastic. The iron flower show, the final dragon, and the fireworks were truly breathtaking. Highly recommended.
Finally, I'd like to thank Xiaoyin, the customer service representative, for her attentive service. She called a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and sent me instructions. Excellent!

The hotel is located within the resort area, offering convenient electric shuttle service. The service was excellent.
The room was very clean, with updated amenities. The balcony offered a comfortable view of the scenic area. We booked a twin room, and each room came with eight bottles of mineral water, a thoughtful touch.

Chikan Ancient Town is quite good, and staying within the scenic area is very convenient. Rong'an Apartment feels like a converted employee dormitory. The service and conditions are relatively average, but at this price, what else do you want to pay for bicycles? 🤔 Upon entering the scenic area, you register and have your face recorded. You can enter and exit freely, but you generally won't leave. Then you're given a piece of paper to exchange for your room card and take a shuttle to the hotel. Check-in is centralized in the same building, but check-in is after 3 PM, which is a bit of a hassle. After storing your luggage, you can go sightseeing. Overall, it's okay.

The room is in poor sanitation, there is urine on the back of the toilet seat, garbage in the toilet bucket, there are a lot of mosquitoes at night, the phone can't get through to the front desk, can't get in touch, there is no way to deal with it on the spot, you have to go a long way to the front desk! It was a bad trip anyway!
