The sanitary conditions are very poor! The carpet was obviously not well maintained; there were even stains on the toilet when we checked in; the shower head had heavy limescale; the glass of the bar was covered in dust; the bed sheets had stains; and there were fleas in the room. The Wi-Fi in the room was different from what the hotel said. When I complained, the hotel staff had a very bad attitude when they responded
