Very convenient, close to the shopping mall and restaurants.

Older hotel, but kept clean. Bed felt old (slight misformed), but still had a good night sleep.

It is located in Tenmonkan, close to the downtown area. There are several affiliated parking lots nearby, and if you do not need to take your car in and out, you can park for 800 yen per night. The rooms are also well-cleaned and very clean. Amenities are available at the front desk. The disposable toothbrushes are of good quality compared to other hotels.

The location is very convenient. Just downstairs is Tianwentong, where you can find all kinds of food, drinks and entertainment. It is also very convenient to take a bus. The only drawback is that there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

I always use this place when I have business in Tenmonkan. It's consistently clean.

This hotel in Kagoshima is a certain distance from the Shinkansen station, and it takes about ten minutes to catch a tram or bus. But the location is a lively commercial street, and there are many high-end shopping malls and restaurants around. The toiletries are very good, they are from Mimotoki. Facilities: complete. I stayed in Kyushu for 3 nights out of 10, and I kept my 2 suitcases for free for a few days, and the hotel didn't say anything.

This was my first time using this hotel. The front desk's response was neither good nor bad...but I thought they should study customer service a little more. There are no amenities in the room, so you can get make-up remover, face wash, lotion, and emulsion at the front desk as much as you need. I was disappointed that there was hair in the bathtub, but I think it's a good location.

The location was good and the hotel was clean, so I felt like I would use it again.
