It takes two train stops from JR Kagoshima Station and then walks for about 10 minutes to get there. Tenmonkan Shopping Street is a 5-minute walk away. It is not far from Shiroyama Observation Deck, Kagoshima Aquarium, and Kagoshima's port. It can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. The room is very spacious, with new facilities. It is modern and has Japanese-style tatami. It can actually accommodate 6 people. I would like to remind everyone that you check in at the self-service machines. There are three self-service machines at the entrance of the restaurant on the 13th floor with Chinese prompts. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Kagoshima

Really nice stylish new hotel. We stayed three nights, and were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable our Superior Queen room was. Also included a small kitchenette, a washer/dryer and a bathtub, all at a very central location, so an excellent base for exploring Kagoshima. The rooftop restaurant was booked solid for a special holiday menu while we were there, so we didn’t get a chance to try dinner, but we did have a very good Japanese/French breakfast while enjoying the view. Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really went above and beyond to assist us with a couple of requests, which we really appreciated. Happy to recommend and we plan to return!
