Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

There is a pick-up service at Kaga Station. The service is great. There is a waiter who can speak Chinese. The hotel is very clean. The public hot springs are great. It is recommended to book a room with an open-air private bath. Choose the Murasaki room type. The room is very large and has a balcony. The private bath is also large and equipped with a massage chair. The kaiseki in the evening was delicious and the portions were generous, and the breakfast was also rich.

The menu may change every day, but the chicken tempura and croquettes at breakfast were very delicious. There are two baths in the hotel, one of which is an open-air bath, which was very pleasant. Many families visit, so I think it's best to go at a different time when children are in the bath, as they are running around and it's difficult to relax. There is a foot bath and public bath within a five-minute walk, so it was a nice atmosphere in the hot spring town. I recommend researching nearby restaurants in advance and making a reservation if possible.

Hotel facilities are a bit old, the basics are all Japanese, the front desk service is very poor, we arrived at about 2:30, the Japanese who arrived at the same time were led in batches, we also checked in, but did not give the key , said check in the specified time is 3 points, only 3 points to give, and later to the theory before giving 10 minutes earlier. Obviously different treatment! However, it is necessary to specify that the door-to-door driver and the baggage master serve the first-class bar. They smile and face each other, and they greet each other with a big compliment. The front desk should really learn from them! The surrounding towns can be said to be nowhere to go, not recommended. It is better to have a horse hot spring and Yufuyuan!

First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me willing to stay here again in the future. The price is cheap, but the location is relatively biased. There is a problem with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees of Check-in and Check-out are not good in English and need to use online translation. However, because they are still afraid of communicating with foreigners, they can flash and flash, and the hotel facilities are not explained. I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will book a ”Random Room” in the future, and I don't feel that the room is better for spending more money), they may want to help me line up, so I gave me two triple rooms, but I won't say it when I check-in. I only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking which one of us was going to live for two people. (It doesn't matter at all, the hotel didn't move the extra beds, ask me why this?) There is also a remote nearby, you can consider ordering dinner, but the front desk will not explain when you check-in. At first, I asked us whether we wanted to eat Italian or Japanese dinner. After we chose Italian food, we told us that Italian food can only be 2 people, Japanese food 3 people. Later, I asked if I could not eat together? She called again to confirm that she could eat Japanese food together. (I guess it is because the superior twin room can choose Italian food, but the standard triple room is not good. It may be written on the hotel's official website, but it is not written clearly on trip.com) This hotel is more biased towards leisure hotels, you can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., or you can ride an electric car to the lake for free. If you look at the dinner specifications of the hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below the level. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the sink of the bath, almost every one has hair inside, and the cleanliness needs to be strengthened. The management of breakfast is also problematic. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter did not ask us the room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask the room number, so we went in and ate directly. No room number, this management method is only applicable to Japanese people, that is, if you want to eat breakfast, you can go directly in. No one knows if the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Temple will be covered (the seventh floor of the total floor is allocated on the fourth floor, the difference is as photo), if you look at the mountain view, it is similar.

The best room in the hotel we stayed in was that it couldn't be by the window this time because of the flying insect problem. The hotel is a traditional hot spring hotel, and there was still no one in the town. It was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the red leaves have just begun. It’s a magical day to eat, drink, and have soup every day. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the station

The hotel has a nice view, you can call the hotel again when you arrive at the station and ask them to pick you up. This is an old-fashioned hotel with almost no foreigners. The waiters are old aunts and uncles, and they are very enthusiastic. But the last shuttle bus that will take you to the station is 10:10 in the morning. After that, you may need to take a bus trip by yourself. There is platform 26a nearby. We haven't taken a seat. It is estimated that we will have to wait a long time. We went for a walk. I have never seen a bus coming over.

The customer service was excellent. We didn’t expect to get a really big room and it comes with breakfast and dinner buffet which to be honest was some of the best I’ve had in Japan. I can’t wait to go back. Cleanliness could definitely be improved though but nothing too crazy to be turned off with.

DDashutuziPerfect for a stay and two meals. The hotel's aesthetics are online, the traditional and exquisite interior decoration and the very clean and comfortable private hot spring bath allowed us to have a good rest on the last day of this trip. The Japanese dinner was freshly seasoned and very tasty. I was informed at the last minute that I couldn't eat fish, and I was very considerate enough to change the menu. In addition, the soul of a traditional Japanese hotel is definitely the female general. The two female generals are elegant, talkative, and very approachable. Awesome experience!

NNuonuokafeiHuazi is about 25 minutes drive from Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel will send an email to ask for a free pick-up at the arrival time. My last hotel was auspicious pavilion and walked for 5 minutes. Check out at 11 o'clock to 2 o'clock, during the stay in the mountain hot springs, April 6 is the season of cherry blossom camellia blossoms, there are very few tourists, residents, children see me warmly hello, there is no mountain hot spring lively business here, there is a wooden lacquer exhibition hall to visit shopping, Reasonable price. Flower purple is minimalist, the spare parts are also minimalist, there is no more simple than it at this price, two bottles of water, a bag of tea and a bag of coffee, care ~ there is a sample, there is a welcome tea when you check in, this is all you can get for free. There is no auspicious pavilion for 24-hour tea coffee, happy hour, muffins, pudding, morning snacks (not bad quality, not fooled) geisha performances. Different styles can understand . There are staff at the service door who have been waiting for the guests. When the bus goes out, 4 staff members bow and beckon for at least two minutes. When checking in, the staff brought the ipad display and the western-style room with style, which can be upgraded for a fee. I booked a Japanese-style basic room. I have stayed in more than 100 hotels in Japan to recommend three paid upgrades. Kyoto Oakura, Okinawa Hyatt and this one, The first two are saying that the upgrade can enjoy better service and ask if you need it? This one asked directly. I didn't upgrade. I booked two if I wanted to live. If I wanted to upgrade, I would ask you. It is indeed very advanced with Western style, no need to sleep on the ground, I later felt that the upgrade was also good, and it would cost nearly 1,000 yuan more. The staff took the timetable of Kaga Hot Spring Station to ask the delivery time. I said please call me a taxi to the next hotel. The time is 11 o'clock tomorrow. The name of the next hotel. I said that the hotel knows. She is stuck. Calling a good attitude like making tea bluntly asked me where I came from. Then the translator asked me if I played uber myself? I didn't understand that I played by myself. I arrived on time at 6 o'clock for dinner. The rhythm was not good. I would wait or two to go together. The dishes were seasoned and the high-end ~ is a bit simple. The breakfast was very delicious, the first-class level, and the service was more enthusiastic. The facilities have been refurbished, very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning sound is poor. Japanese-style windows transmit light with eye masks and earplugs to sleep. Those who like Ogata Shinjiro's style can stay, and the aesthetic is very advanced.

GGuest UserKishotei Inn is located in the Yamanaka Onsen Street. There is a hotel shuttle bus from the south exit parking lot of Kaga Onsen JR Station that can pick you up at scheduled times. You need to reserve a time in advance. Just use your email address. The pick-up and drop-off staff are very friendly and the hotel service is better. It is in place, and the period architecture adds to the Japanese style of the hot spring hotel. It has a clean and hygienic environment, rich breakfast and dinner, considerate hot tea and snacks in the lobby, and a beautiful open-air hot spring and scenery near the stream on the first floor. There is also a hotel next to the hotel. There are Hexianxi Trail and Hot Spring Street Town, both of which are refreshing and relaxing hot spring tours. It is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity.

YYuk WaiThe equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. . Therefore, I advise everyone who plans to book a hotel on Trip.com not to trust the photos and information on the Trip.com website!

AAngelKwanI am a self-driving tour (Jinyu Dongxunfang - London He Midway Hotel chooses parking) without thinking about transportation (the hotel has a special car to pick up and drop off from Kaga), the Wendian is very well maintained, it is a designated sightseeing hot spring franchise hotel in Japan, hot spring water is good, there is a public bath (is hot spring water), There are three private soups, which need to be paid at night (the appointment is free in the morning), I am very satisfied with the morning and evening, I have the largest room (there is a large hall), there is a reception welcome drink, there is any tea, there is a snow strip after bathing, there is a morning coffee, the focus is not expensive. When leaving, the reception staff will bow and wave goodbye. It is a traditional Japanese hotel and is the choice of Japanese tourist resort hotels.

XXINYINGThis is the first time to seriously review a hotel, because the experience of staying is really good. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from JR station to the hotel, because it was a temporary decision to stay at Kaga Onsen for one night. I called the hotel before boarding the train. There is a younger sister who can speak Chinese. The communication is good, and I will pick you up on time when I say hello to the arrival time. Because it was late, there were only three of us in the entire minibus. There is welcome tea upon check-in, luggage will be delivered to the room, there is boiling water in the kettle in the room, and there are biscuits on the table. In the Japanese-style room, I returned to the room after dinner and the bed was already made. The tea table was equipped with a thermos pot and water cup. I knew it was ice water when I came back from the hot spring. I wanted to drink some ice water after the hot spring. We ordered ”one night and two food”. The dinner was very rich and tasted good. The breakfast was a Japanese buffet. There were not many varieties but the quality was good. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and private baths can be reserved for 3,000 yen for 50 minutes and 5,000 yen for 100 minutes. Private baths have two indoor and outdoor pools, which are absolutely great value. When leaving, the staff will wave goodbye until the car disappears at the gate. The whole check-in process makes people feel warm, caring and just right, it is highly recommended!
