Yamashiro Onsen Yuzankaku

初めて行きました。 料金以上の内容でした！ 宿、お風呂、食事全て想像以上でした。本当にまた来たいなと、家族とも話していました。 ただ夜に自動販売機の場所をスタッフの方に子供達と一緒に質問した際、片付けをしていて大変だったのかもしれませんが、目の前で完全に無視されてしまったのが少し悲しかったです。 こちらも最初の説明をちゃんと聞いてまた行かせて頂きたいと思います。 それ以外は素晴らしかったです。

The children were very excited to play games and table tennis. Adults will be very satisfied with all-you-can-drink.

It can't be helped that the facility is old, but the food was disappointing. It's fine for the employees to eat, but I think it would be better to take measures to prevent them from eating at different times than the customers.

Although I checked in early, I was immediately informed about the free alcohol and snack service, looked at the garden, had a free massage, and had sparkling wine. Nice to have beer and other alcohol as well. Dinner and alcohol (local sake) were included in the accommodation fee, and there was no additional charge. Irresistible for alcohol lovers. For dinner, I was able to choose what I wanted from the buffet, but my hands got dirty removing the shells from the crabs and shrimp, so the Nokkedon for breakfast might have been better. The pillows in the room didn't match, so I thought it would be nice if they put them in the yukata corner next to the lobby and let me choose freely. I tried to use the shower in the open-air bath in winter, but the hot water was hard to come out and it was cold, so I recommend using it in the public bath. The room was elaborate and resembled a building from the bubble era. I can see that they are working hard, so I want to support them.
