Bed is super comfortable. They provide two type of pillow - soft and firm pillow which is good so you don’t have to deal with neck pain. They have smart TV so you can watch Youtube or Netflix. Room is spacious and clean. You can see Johannesburg city from your room without any other building blocking. The mall is connected with the hotel and the area is still safe for me as solo female traveller to walk around. There is also MCD, KFC and Starbucks nearby if you didn’t want to opt for the breakfast.

The day I checked in someone opened the door while I was naked inthe shower.I was really scared then I jumped and slipped and hurt my toes. They don't help with luggage.If you are carrying heavy luggage you have to carry it up and down the stairs if you are staying upstairs .Also to get to the reception there are High steps. I did not enjoy my stay

We had a problem with the safe and they moved us immediately. The rooms are very large and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help you with anything. They recommended a tourist tour and it was very good. The restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. They have shuttle service and they can take you anywhere for a reasonable price as well.

The hotel environment is beautiful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once before, and I wanted to experience it once. The location of the restaurant is great, the view is expansive, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the meal is also very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room I booked has two balconies with beautiful views on both sides. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous. Very recommended to stay.

The staff are great, very accommodating, and very engaging. They are also very concerned of my safety (they always remind me to take care when going out). Saying that, the location might be challenging for those who are mindful of their safety. I am advised not to leave after dark, even just going to KFC which is just 300 meters away (I appreciate the concern of the staff). No wifi too.

The system will print out a confirmation form to confirm the time and place the sign. The PPS driver is good. If you can't find it. Loved my stay at Radisson. Location is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spa is convenient and the treatments left me feeling relaxed and ready for my holiday. Buffet was delicious and restaurant never disappointed. Room was spacious and clean. View from the pool is beautiful and bar service on point. Would absolutely recommend Radisson Blu Sandton. Will return.
