I visited Jiuzhaigou for the first time in 2007 and was shocked when I passed Jiuzhai Paradise. It was a pity that it was destroyed by the earthquake, but fortunately it was rebuilt. This time I took my parents-in-law to travel to Jiuzhaigou, and I specifically chose to stay in this hotel. There were few people in the off-season, and I was very satisfied with the hotel's environment and service. The room was upgraded for free, and the balcony directly saw the snow-capped mountains not far away. It was very beautiful. It was hidden in the evening. The singing performance and the Tibetan clothing experience in the lobby were both great👍The handsome guy at the front desk (didn't notice the name) and the beautiful girl (Li Zhuolin) were very enthusiastic and made people feel like they were home😀

The hotel hardware is new, the bedding is good, some snacks and fruits are given, and there is enough mineral water. The defective glass can be cleaner. The room is too big and may not be warm in winter. The dishes are affordable and delicious. Dinner here is perfect. It is open until 9:30. There is 1 large and 3 small hot springs. Towels and slippers are available. It is best to bring your own hot spring clothes bought on site. The size selection may not be very large. The breakfast is generally edible. The price-performance ratio is very high. Recommended

I drove to Jiuzhaigou by myself and saw a lot of hotels, and finally chose Ganhai Forest Mountain Residence. The environment is very good, the National Day lived in thought to be very cold, but the room heating is very good, not cold at all, very good. Very clean, high value, no separate bathroom, is a public washing area, but very clean, overall good. The only thing is that there are tourists in the scenic spot in the morning. It is noisy at 7 o'clock. Some people will walk around, take pictures at the door, pull our tent zipper, it is quite speechless. But the hotel service is good, and the hot spring ticket is also sent, which solves the problem of washing.

Outstanding majestic new property not too far away from Juizhaigou Unesco Nature Park and set within the Resort with branded shops such as Adidas, Nike, a Musuem etc etc. Ans HardRock Cafe too. Right outside the resort is a whole row of eateries. The room is generously stayed out in modern furnishings. We had a room that faces the lake and the mountain. It was glorious! Food quality was 5* and aligned with the Hilton Brand of global properties. And while the hardware was outstanding, I was even more impressed by a couple of individuals - ine was front desk Reception Ms Janice. Her service was tops! We connected prior to Arrivals and I needed help with reservations out of Juizhaigou and transportations. She was so patient and delivered above and beyond! Truly upholding the Hilton brand. A valuable asset that Hilton should continue to groom. Another 2 staff who should be recognised is Oscar from dining and Andy from front desk. Both made our 3N stay extra memorable. I will also like to mention the chefs at the main dining hall. We throughly enjoyed the alar carte yak burgers, buffet dinner and amazing spread of breakfast selections. Oh yes....Mia- trainee at main dining hall was extra diligent and went to the back patisier to get vanilla cream when she realised it was not placed by the bread and butter pudding section. Overall 5*

Great location, walking distance to the entrance of JIUZHAIGOU scenic entrance, so we save up the hassle of getting a cab which we need to catch one at the road side, unlike in the city, Didi is not available. Basic breakfast and we hope the coffee machine could be improved as the coffee would splashed out unexpectedly.

The location is in the newly developed Luneng Hotel Group in Jiuzhaigou. Conrad is different from several other hotels in that it is really quiet here, and the rooms are all in a single-family house. Although the hotel has to go up a mountain and is some distance from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, it is worth spending time to stay at the Banyan Tree for one night!
