總結來講：酒店不值4.8分，也談不上五星標準.比快捷酒店都差一點電梯，略高於農家樂水平.
1. 酒店沒有電梯，海拔高，行李上下很不方便
2. 距離溝口20公里，海拔 2700 米，住起來不舒服.溝口海拔 1900 多米.
3. 酒店管理混亂.對比品牌酒店基本上算沒有服務可言，都是當地村民的非標準服務.
4. 房間比較大一點，也弄了些五星酒店的水果，茶，浴衣啥的. 但裝修就是快捷酒店，衞浴用品都是非常垃圾的品牌. 花灑出水都有問題
5. 酒店並沒有充電樁，在附近的愛情海景區.
6. 加多少錢都無法喊到網約車，想去鎮裏喝酒都沒辦法
平時200塊一晚不能再多了，節假日翻倍也行. 但我們花了1000元一晚.

酒店的服務很好，有接送車很方便，旁邊就是愛情海，在酒店內也可以泡温泉，汗蒸，很舒服！房間很寬敞，還送了小零食小孩子很喜歡吃

地理位置不錯，開車導航過去很好找，酒店有一個大的停車場，前台小美女服務很好，對我們熱情關懷。房內設施齊全，衞生也不錯，下次來九寨溝還住這裏❤️❤️❤️

設施：整個民宿非常新，設施齊全，有餐廳，洗衣房，接送電車，部分棟還有建設中
服務：不得不説服務是真的好，很貼心，搬行李，接送到房間樓下。還給我們升級了房型，180觀景和親子房，非常棒。餐廳的菜好好吃，有火鍋有炒菜，老闆很熱情。
