"Had a great stay at Tixin Meisu. The knowledge and friendly team at the hotel will walk through with you of the amenities in the room as well as let you know how to best utilized your time at Jiuzhaigou valley and Huanglong national park so you don’t have to walk aimlessly. Breakfast was homely and there are laundry services which the clothes will be wash for you. There are also car services to/fro Jiuzhaigou valley which is about 15mins from the hotel and 5 mins walk to the opposite mall which houses 5 star hotel such as Conrad. The open air mall has bonfire every night for tourist as well as a very good Mao Niu hotpot that is highly recommended!! Shout out to the boss/ manager of the hotel which helped us out with the last minute booking of car to the railway station when we were unable to board the share-car that we had initially book. He kindly arranged a cab for us and even insisted that we only pay the shared-car fare — he covered the rest of the cost to the railway station, even though he had no obligation to do so. Tip for those that will be coming: Please arrange your transport to the railway station in advance as it is quite hard to book a didi in JZG. I’ll gladly visit again in the future!"

"A very new modern hotel in the Longkang community only about 4 km east of Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park entrance. Room was spotless and clean with all amenities. A great restaurant servicing wonderful breakfast and dinner, even though there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. Hotel has free shuttle service to the National Park. But best of all, we met Ms Zhang,, 小张管家. One of the best hotel receptionist who helped us arrange everything. She was like a personal manager who arranged transportation to Huanglong National Park for us, show tickets and the best advice on getting to various places. Ms Zhang made our stay so pleasant and comfortable that we would certainly recommend others to stay at this hotel. She deserves a five star from us for our unforgettable experience. Our advice for those visiting this area is to arrive a day before to settle and acclimatise before spending 2 days at Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park, then leave on day 4 early in the morning to spend 0.5 - 1 day at Huanglong National Park to see the unique coloured pools or terraces before heading back to Chengdu on HSR in the evening or stay at Huanglong overnight and head back the next day. At Huanglong buy the cable car ticket up then head to the five colour ponds then walk the 4 km trek back down to see the endless number of amazing ponds and cascades along the way back to the entrance."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just 10-15 min walk from the JiuZhaiGou National Park entrance so you don’t have to be stuck in a Taxi jam to get to the park in the morning. The room was new and clean. We had an episode with the hotel as the information given in the booking page stated Mountain View, but when we checked into the room, the window looked out to a concrete wall. After checking with concierge, she says all of this room type has no Mountain View, despite me showing the description on the booking page (which still stated Mountain View). However, we decided to stay on in this hotel as we liked the amenities, the cleanliness and the location and did not want the hassle of finding a new hotel. We gave a feedback to Trip.com and for them to oversee that the hotel correct the accuracy of the information on the booking page. Just saw that it now states “has windows” , which is correct."

"Overall really nice stay, hotel near Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Warm welcome with local Chinese snacks and two bottles of water. Can take Didi (2€) to the entrance. The front desk staff really helpful and the rooms are clean and sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast was simple. Only bad thing was the noise from the nearby rooms."

"This hotel is extremely close to the entrance of Jiuzhaikou scenic area, about 10 mins walk. But not easy to find when you first arrive Jiuzhaigou. The hotel entrance is very obscure! Sad to say the customer service at reception is just average, a lack of enthusiasm to help customers! But it's not cheap to stay! You can book to use its jacuzzi. There are 4 of them. It's Japanese toilet, but the bidet was not working!"

"Facilities: The room was new and well-equipped, including a smart toilet. The included toothbrush was very useful, and the hair dryer dried my hair quickly. Cleanliness: Good The only downside was the restaurant. A 200 yuan hot pot was three-quarters bean sprouts with only a thin layer of meat on top. I had to wait a long time for my meal. They said they were offering a 10% discount, but they still charged me 220 yuan for a 236 yuan bill. Highly recommended."

"The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and felt quite stuffy. Despite having windows, the air circulation was poor. Upon entering, the toilet was constantly dripping. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to fix it after we called, it still significantly affected our stay. To make matters worse, it started dripping again the following evening. I was too annoyed to report it once more, so I just unplugged it myself. The room itself was quite ordinary and a bit dated. On a brighter note, the downstairs facilities and hot springs were pretty good. My only five-star commendation goes to a wonderful young lady at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had injured my foot and asked if they had any band-aids; without hesitation, she immediately fetched two for me. She even shared many useful local travel tips! A truly kind and lovely person. ( ̀⌄ ́)"

"The staff at the guesthouse were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly attentive during check-in, asking thoughtful questions and showing genuine care. They even proactively offered to help with our luggage, which was a huge help. The cleanliness of the guesthouse was also outstanding; the housekeeping staff were incredibly thorough, ensuring our room was spotless. Additionally, the guesthouse boasts excellent soundproofing, so we barely heard any outside noise, allowing for a peaceful stay. As for the facilities, they were, simply put, superb. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!"

"This was my first trip to Jiuzhaigou, and I made sure to book this highly-rated guesthouse well in advance from the many options available in the area. As a meticulous planner, here are the key factors I consider when choosing a guesthouse: 1. **Location**: It's about a 7-8 minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou park entrance. 2. **Convenience**: The guesthouse owner offers a shuttle service to and from the Jiuzhaigou entrance. You just need to make a quick call, no matter what time you plan to go or return – it's incredibly convenient! 3. **Cleanliness**: We stayed for two nights, trying both a standard room and a king room. I can confirm they were both impeccably clean! (P.S. As a light sleeper, I always need a quiet hotel with good soundproofing, and it often feels like a gamble when choosing one. This guesthouse, however, is a complete hidden gem!) If I ever have the opportunity to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would undoubtedly choose this guesthouse without hesitation. "the hotel exterior is ******* styled. the interior is modern and comfy. the room has a magnificent view of the mountain and partial view of the river. the river is clear and beautiful. the hotel is located near to the entrance to jiuzhaigou. there are many eateries around. the hotel gave a complimentary coupon for dining at their restaurant. the food portion is big and food is delicious. the aircon/heater is old, needs to be updated, luckily the weather is not very cold. the young staff are energetic, friendly and approachable."
