For self-driving and family travel, the hotel should be the best choice for Jiuzhaigou. The room is not big. It was already night when we drove to Jiuzhaigou. Two hotel staff were waiting. It might be late, and there was no service. I went back to rest at 4 pm the next day. It happened that the hotel was checking the room. I rang the doorbell twice and swiped the card to enter directly. It was useless to lock the door from the inside. It was very embarrassing. My boyfriend and I lay down. I asked the staff why they didn't knock on the door. She said she knocked, but she didn't hear it. And it took less than 30 seconds to enter before and after ringing the doorbell. This experience was not good. The facilities in the room, the water in the shower room was very small, and the hot water was slow at night, but it was okay during the day. The hotel is next to the Aegean Sea. To be honest, there was nothing fun in November. The breakfast was also relatively simple, with few varieties. The only thing worth praising is that the hygiene is okay, and the cleaning aunt is serious and responsible in her work.

It’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking. The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the hotel is located in a remote area, it has a high-speed rail station pick-up service and a scenic spot pick-up service. You can eat at the hotel restaurant and two small restaurants nearby. There is a Love Sea scenic spot nearby where you can go for a stroll if you have time. We stayed for two nights. There were many tour groups. If the breakfast time was early, there would be a large number of people. There were many varieties, but the taste was average. The single-family room was large, the sound insulation was average, the surrounding air was fresh, and the temperature difference between morning and evening was large. I didn't feel like going to the hot springs when I passed by. PS: Booking in advance without price increase is more cost-effective.

It is a homestay run by a family, and they do everything themselves. The decoration is very good and new (put into operation in July 24). The boss said that he invited a designer from Chengdu to design it. There is floor heating and a large bathing pool, which relieved our fatigue from the journey. The lighting design is also very good and reasonable, and there is a smart toilet, and the shower room can accommodate two people at the same time. The bedding is very comfortable, the linens are also very clean, and I fell asleep quickly. The service is also very good, basically responding to every request. It can be seen that the store is very ambitious and attentive. It is about 30-40 minutes drive from Jiuzhaigou scenic spot. The store will contact the vehicle, which is also very convenient. In short, it is a very satisfactory choice.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Parking is also convenient, and there is a special guy to lift the hydraulic press for you. When I went there, the parking lot was still under construction, so the car was basically enough. If it is the peak season, there should be parking problems. The breakfast is very rich, basically everything you want is available. I recommend the noodles cooked by the auntie, and you can season it yourself, which is very nice. I took the breakfast to the room by myself and took it down later. The front desk manager was very considerate.

The hotel room is comfortable, but the reality is a bit different from the videos and pictures in the app. The hot spring pool was not working, the breakfast place is freezing cold, what makes the food to be cold minutes after we put in our plate. It has a good variety of food for breakfast anyway. The floor heating in the room was the best part. Also the receptionist was very helpful when I need something, we were communicating by WeChat. Another good point is that the hotel has a restaurant, so you don’t need to go out to find food. I used the transfer service to go to the scenic spot, It was also good.

Great location, right in the thick of the bustling main street with other hotels and restaurants all around. A 10-15min stroll to Jiuzhaigou Park makes this a very convenient place to stay at as well. The room was spacious, although it would have benefitted from more clothes racks/hooks. Also, I felt the room was 'too smart' - everytime i went back into the room the curtains will automatically open which I personally found annoying but could not find a way to disable it. The heating and bidet in my room also wasn't working, but those were tolerable and we decided to just let it be. There was also a very intense hotpot smell wafting all through the air in the hotel which we did not like. Rooms were also not too clean with remnant hair and dirt stuck in crevices around the room. But otherwise, it was a decent place to stay at.

Jiuzhaigou trip, warm time in the hotel. After working for a long time, we finally have free time. Our family went to Jiuzhaigou for fun. The Fanlatu where we stayed left us with an indelible and beautiful impression. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the warm atmosphere came to us. The staff greeted us warmly with a sincere smile on their faces, which made us feel relaxed instantly after a long journey. When we checked in, we learned that we were traveling as a family, and they also arranged adjacent rooms for us to take care of each other. Walking into the room, it was spacious and bright, and the layout was very warm. The bed was soft and tidy. My parents slept on it and said that they felt as comfortable as returning home. Children's toiletries were also prepared in the room, and the children were particularly happy. Opening the curtains, the scenery outside the window was beautiful, and the green mountains and green waters seemed like a natural painting, which made people feel relaxed and happy. The hotel's dining also made us praise it. The restaurant has a rich and diverse menu, including local specialties such as fragrant yak meat, delicious ******* pastries, and home-cooked dishes suitable for children's taste. The family sat together, tasting delicious food, sharing the joy of playing, warm and happy. The hotel's leisure facilities are also complete. There is a special parent-child activity area, where the children made many new friends and had a lot of fun. The gym and leisure area are a good place for my parents and I to relax. After a day of play, it is perfect to relieve fatigue here. What touched us most was the service of the hotel staff. One day the child accidentally fell ill, and the staff not only helped to contact the doctor, but also sent hot water and care. Their careful care made our family feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. This trip to Jiuzhaigou became even better because of Jiuzhaigou Fanlaotu. Everything here is unforgettable for us. Next time we come to Jiuzhaigou, we will choose here again!
