長者孩子都很滿意，衹不過開始進去的時候有蒼蠅，前台在我們出去的時候幫忙打了葯，去了隔壁搓澡，兒子水上樂園➕淘氣堡，解放媽媽👩🏻 停車很方便，直接讓我停在了大堂門口，拿東西很方便 設施：設備都完好，和兒子一起屋裡打水仗😄 夜間茶點:我們出去吃了烤串回來有點 吃不動了，衹喝了飲料，老公説西柚汁還可以 早餐我覺得就一般了，我們叫的外賣

In fact, the overall facilities of the hotel are good, and it feels like they have been decorated with great care. After discovering that the TV could not cast the screen, I communicated with the front desk, and the housekeeper quickly came over to help communicate. But when I entered, I was really shocked to find a big woodlouse. It was understandable that the weather was humid and raining. So I gave them all five points. However, I feel that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are very thoughtful, but it lacks a sense of high-end. After thinking about it, I feel that the overall aroma of the hotel is lacking. I don't know if this is useful advice. I wish the hotel will get better and better. I will stay here again next time I come to Jinzhou.

先説優點 1.園區環境很好，酒店園區很大，內有温泉泡池以及温泉泳池:整個酒店分臻品別墅區（多層湯屋無泳池）、獨院酒店區、大型的温泉休閑區， 2.温泉池游泳池池乾淨，24小時不間斷出水 3.獨院出門就是游泳池和泡湯，很方便，三天兩晚游泳泡湯很爽。 4.因為近濕地蚊子很多，週末會有工作人員對着樹灌木草坪噴葯殺蟲，較週五蚊子有明顯減少 5.酒店有電車充電樁，不是快充 再説需要改進的地方 1.訂的私湯獨院4人間，標註78平，應該是含院子78平，實際一個門廳一個卧室一衞，面積都不大，套內40多平，4人一張4米長大通炕，沒有沙發，室內活動空間小。 2.我們辦理入住是晚上8點，前台先是告知找不到預訂訊息，找到後又説預訂的不是當日是次日，我們提供訂單後，最終確認。 3.酒店地處偏僻，晚上8點入住後，酒店餐廳已停，沒有外賣可送。問詢酒店人員也知道去哪裡有飯店，後自行導航到村裡的飯店 4.早餐9點停止，對於一個度假酒店時間過早，早餐品種少質量不精，和入住價格不匹配，入住第一天吃過早餐後，第二天放棄。 5.沒有服務意識，獨院清理院子，推門就進，完全不顧及私隱，在酒店門口詢問服務人員相關情況，服務員推着行李車自顧前行，沖在客人前面進門。 6.入住第一晚，發現房間沒有wifa，換房時獨院外燈光全滅，漆黑一片，泳池泡池燈光全滅，第二天週末入住人多燈光就全開了，作為酒店運營，無論入住率多少，標準應該是一致的。 7.作為温泉酒店，房間內無浴袍，沒有標配的浴室防滑墊和地巾。 8.房間內有一篇損壞各種物品的賠償條款，感受不好。

I always stay at Atour when I go on business trips. This time I was pleasantly surprised. It is the Atour Hotel I am most satisfied with and like the most so far. The whole house is smart, clean and sanitary, and the surrounding facilities are also rich. It is close to the night market. I especially want to mention the reading area. Books can be taken away by scanning the code and returned to Atour in other places. In the past, I had to return books even if I didn't finish reading them, and then go back to buy them.
