與其他五星酒店相比，這家酒店很有點東西、優雅的建築和絕佳的地理位置，前台員工服務上非常優秀。進出電梯有人問好並幫助按鍵；進出酒店有人問好並幫助開門。，除了面帶微笑親切招呼，還主動幫忙拿行李，攙扶長者，長者去洗浴前台的工作人員一直給送到浴區，並跟裏面的工作人員特意交代要關注長者，終於打包回來的食品前台人員主動幫忙加熱，退房的時候看我們拿的保温杯又主動問我們需不需要加滿水路上喝，真的很暖心。休息得很好。以後還會來。

沒想到這個價格能訂到這麼好的酒店，純純覺得算白*了， 服務：必須五分，所遇皆良人，大堂服務人員也太温柔了， 設施：有娛樂室，健身房，茶室，房間配備的所有洗護用品超級nice，房間洗澡💦太好了， 環境：環境優雅，挺有異國情調，每處設計都匠心獨具，酒店細節做得太到位了， 衞生：房間的衞生細節也非常到位， 停車方便，酒店園區風景也很好。

酒店位置非常好，離萬達商圈，夜市兒都非常近，坐落在山坡上，真的有莊園，古堡的感覺，酒店自己有很大的院子，綠化超級美，打卡拍照一步一景，交通很方便，房間設施好，非常乾淨整潔，傢俱品質感極強，全都是實木的，床墊柔軟舒適，房間熱水來得也快，洗髮沐浴用品香味高級，再説説服務，，服務態度好，進大堂遇見每一個工作人員都如沐春風，回答問題輕言慢語，還主動給升級了房間，期待下次入住

這次入住體驗非常滿意！前台服務態度超級好，因為帶孩子還給安裝了護欄， 酒店的位置也非常方便，周圍交通便利，出行毫無壓力。房間內的設施非常齊全，紅茶，綠茶，膠囊咖啡，乾淨整潔。房間很復古温馨。

第二次來，特意買了一晚含早餐的酒店，比不含早餐的貴了100。一進來服務人員就給我推銷在酒店額外再花360一個人管兩頓飯，真的很敗好感，不推薦。 早餐以前有蝦現在也沒有了，就火腿、蛋和麪包，餛燉超鹹。如果有不含早餐的房間套餐還是買便宜的吧。酒店門口是建材市場，門口也有早餐店可以吃。這次去感覺酒店進來就想狠狠的宰你，服務也下降不少。沖環境去的推薦花少少的錢衹住酒店，別的都不要消費。

裝修感覺還可以，重要的是一瓶礦泉水要10塊錢，之前住都還好，可能換管理人員了吧，大大小小酒店也住過三位數了，這酒店給人的感覺服務員都是老闆，大堂好幾個人聚一起刷視頻，找誰都像欠錢一樣，完全沒有服務者的姿態，以後不會選擇這裏了，服務巨差，而且房間太小了

首先實名錶揚並致敬酒店前廳部 王磊 王福春 張涵 以及全體酒店服務人員 在2024年5月7日 本人剛下榻到貴酒店 身體因天氣炎熱發生不適 導致嚴重高血壓發作 本人第一時間聯繫了酒店前廳部相關工作人員 前廳部工作人員以第一時間幫我聯繫了120急救車 並幫助我在酒店門口通風緩解病情 並在120急救車到達後全程跟着我 到了醫院以後盡心盡力幫助本人做各種身體檢查 安撫情緒 跑前跑後全力以赴的幫助我 就像是對待家人一樣 在我病情穩定好轉後酒店安排車來醫院接我 回到酒店後噓寒問暖 無微不至 讓我體驗到了這一生很難忘記的經歷 這是一次救命之恩的經歷 在此本人 感謝 感激 酒店全體人員 謝謝你們！敬上！
