This is a very good place for the business travelers, their staff is very helpful. I am a foreigner and I came to this hotel to stay one day and visit a factory. Following day I have to visit an another city , but I could not found speed train or buses all are fully booked , this hotel staff willing to. Help me to arrange the trip specially 小马和欣依 both are in reception and helped me to book a transport via 滴滴顺风, it is a great help . If not I found not attend the visit tomorrow morning. It’s a great help for . Highly appreciated their help . This hotel is clean and convenient location . Highly recommended for the foreigners

The room is pretty good. All aspects of the measures are taken. Especially the sister at the front desk is very beautiful, gentle and has a very good service attitude. She enthusiastically helped me change rooms. I give five-star praise to the sister at the front desk.

I stayed in the hotel room quite well. I was satisfied with the fact that there was an employee at the front desk whose service was so bad. It made me very angry when I reported problems when I stayed in a hotel. It was unlucky to encounter this front desk person. How can such a famous Vienna hotel recruit such a person who is not afraid of guests? Are they lost? They are not as good as the other front desk employees. The service is good and they are impatient. In short, the bad review is for that front desk staff.

Let the security guard resign. I went to the hotel and I was not allowed to park here or there. There were obviously cars parked around, but I couldn’t park. They even said that if I parked, the fire department would give me a tow truck, and finally drove me away. When I arrived at the parking lot, not long after I parked my car, someone else parked in the space I originally wanted to park in, and the security guard didn't care. This kind of double standard is really disgusting!

The service attitude was mediocre and stingy. We stayed for a week and refused to give two more bottles of mineral water. We only gave one bottle. Then after we extended our stay, we kept cleaning things casually and didn't even clean them.
