I am very disappointed with this hotel. Upon my late arrival at 10 p.m., I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without a clear explanation. Instead of offering me a fair solution, I was redirected to another, significantly more expensive hotel. It was a very stressful and frustrating experience, especially after a long trip.
I don't know if this is discrimination or a lack of professionalism, but this behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this hotel due to its lack of professionalism and respect for its guests.
