“The facilities did not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Daily cleaning of the room was inadequate; the sheets and towels were not changed, the room was neither swept nor dusted, and the bathroom floor was consistently dirty. Additionally, the hotel lacked certain basic amenities, such as hair conditioner, and when I requested it, I was informed that it was not available. Furthermore, the hotel did not provide lunch or dinner services, and the quality of the breakfast was average to below average.”

The room is quite big and the hotel is very luxurious, but the decoration is a bit old, the room has a musty smell, and the sound insulation is very poor. The breakfast is very good, and the overall feeling is okay. There are a lot of things that are charged, including small bags of laundry detergent and disposable toilet seats.

Environment: The hotel is located on Hehua Road, very close to Wuyue Plaza and Yongrun Plaza, with convenient transportation.
Facilities: Toiletries smell great!
Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Because I checked in late, the hotel thoughtfully arranged the turndown, which was very nice!
Breakfast: Breakfast is still recommended. There are both Chinese and Western food, and they taste good. When checking out, the service provided by Zhao Xiaolu at the front desk was very good and she even gave us fruit upon check-out. Recommended!
