Hampton by Hilton Jining Innovation Valley

I originally booked a comfortable garden-view king room, but it was actually just a regular king room. No garden view, nothing at all. It's rubbish! The service was great, but it was useless. I've stayed at Hilton hotels frequently, but this was the worst! As shown in the picture, this is the supposed garden view. Compare it to the promotional photos, it's rubbish!

The service was excellent, but the cleanliness was average. It felt like the sheets and pillowcases hadn't been changed. I trusted the reviews and didn't pay attention. When I got back to bed in the middle of the night, I noticed tiny particles all over the bed. The dim light made it hard to tell if the sheets were new, and there were also hair residue. The problem was that my child and I both got bites after sleeping there, so the cleanliness needs improvement! My husband and child were generally satisfied, but I wasn't.

I finally chose Hampton by Hilton for my business trip. I like the style of the hotel, the location is easy to find, there is a parking lot, and after checking in, I took a comfortable shower. The toiletries smelled good, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a good rest. The breakfast was good and rich, and it was close to the airport. Overall, I was very satisfied.
