The room is clean and comfortable. The mattress and bedding are made of pure cotton and are comfortable to the body. The automatic flushing toilet in the bathroom is easy to use. The shower gel and shampoo are of good quality and easy to use. The bed curtains are remotely operated in a real room. All Seasons Hotel has really put a lot of thought into its hardware design and configuration! The service staff has a very good attitude, with natural and caring expressions!

The room hygiene was okay, but the bathroom was a little worse. There was hair and fur on the floor, and the quilt on the bed smelled of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and asked the cleaning staff to come and change it. The cleaning service attitude was quite good, so I can give it a thumbs up. Let's take an elevator and go downstairs to eat. The elevator is under maintenance. If you live on the 6th floor, you can only take the stairs. I've just taken a shower and I'm sweating again. If I don't do maintenance sooner or later, I'm really speechless at this time. My sleeping experience at night was absolutely negative. One of the two pillows was higher than the other. My neck was so tired that night that I woke up without a pillow and couldn't sleep. The pillow was too high and I couldn't sleep at all. I told the front desk when I checked out. The service attitude of the front desk was okay, but I didn't know how to deal with the problem. At first, they said they would give me a free membership. However, after two or three hours, it still didn't work and I had to ask the store manager for permission. I think it’s too troublesome, just forget it. I said that I would come and stay for a day or two after I finish my work in two days. If I don’t want to be a member, please give me a discount on the room rate. It’s really troublesome to communicate on WeChat. It’s like this and that. I’ll deal with it. It all depends on whether they have time to reply to your message. It has not been resolved yet. I have stayed in all seasons in every city I have visited and the experience was really bad.

房間很乾凈舒服，也很安靜，前台服務貼心到位，我打電話諮詢時還跟我説了樓下在裝修，好在沒有影響睡眠，院裏也有停車場，非常適合新手司機，而且院內還有一家清吧快開業了，旁邊就是派出所安全感拉滿，下次還會再去～

房間很好，地理位置也很好，到哪裡去都很近，前台小姐姐也很好，來濟寧很好的選擇

酒店位置便利，方便出行，服務也很到位，是全季的水準。早餐也乾淨衞生，客房環境不錯，旁邊步行不遠就是萬達，非常方便
