The hotel's hardware environment and facilities are very good, the room is spacious, and it is a good choice. Software needs to be improved: there are few varieties of breakfast and the service attitude is extremely poor. There are few varieties of breakfast, and many dishes do not look fresh. The service attitude of the lady at the soup noodle stall is extremely poor. I asked for a short noodle, which means I only want pork balls. As a result, she put beef directly on the soup noodles. When I asked her why she didn't confirm with me in advance, she came to me for several sentences. There are so many guests, it is impossible for everyone to ask, or it is beef soup. I did see that the beef balls and pork balls were mixed in the pot together, and I was speechless. Later, I was given a portion with long rice noodles. This service is so careless. There is no one else. Later, the big brother next to me couldn't stand it anymore, so he helped to order the correct short noodles (as shown in Figure 4).

The room is spacious and close to the attractions. There are also many delicious foods nearby! The breakfast in the store is also rich and delicious. The TV can also be projected on a large screen! I like it very much and will come again next time

I had a late flight to Chaoshan and wanted to have an early rest, so I wanted to stay one night near the airport. I saw this hotel was newly opened and had good reviews. It can be picked up from the airport and the price is moderate. I contacted the airport pick-up in advance, but after leaving the airport, I still had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the pick-up vehicle. Everyone else has gone and we are the only one left... I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived at the hotel, the air conditioner was turned on in one room, but it was very stuffy in the other room. The air conditioner was turned on for a long time before it gradually cooled down. The room had a peculiar smell, which was a bit pungent.

There are two highlights of the hotel: one is the free buffet dinner, and the other is the unlimited supply of mineral water. The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

There are also laundry, drying and gym facilities. . There are many choices for breakfast, and the quality and taste are very good. The waitress is very attentive, the service attitude is very good, enthusiastic and active, and diligent. . The white porridge is also served with top-grade salted duck eggs, coffee, a variety of milk choices, Cantonese dim sum, noodles, and desserts are all delicious. . The front desk service is also warm and thoughtful, impeccable, and the hotel is very cost-effective. .
