YYIN HINGAtour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider.
Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic.
Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well.

The room is clean and hygienic, the double-glazed windows are good for sound insulation, the air conditioner is quiet, the breakfast is delicious, and I had a good sleep! My baby especially likes the library in the lobby, which has many books that little friends like.

RRousicaomeiI booked Orange Hotel when I was traveling in Puning. It was really unexpected. It was surprisingly good. The transportation was close to the main road and the outdoor parking was free. The room was very clean, including the corridor and elevator. The most important thing was that they provided laundry, which was free and super value! The dirty clothes accumulated due to the bad weather in the past few days were washed, which was awesome! After washing and drying, they smelled delicious, so comfortable! Must give a good review!

JJiangjiangbujiangziI booked a room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bathtub was round, so if you plan on taking a bath, you'd ideally need a round disposable bath liner. The rectangular ones provided in the room tended to slip easily. The room itself was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the inadequate wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The shower area and the toilet were very close, causing water to easily splash onto the toilet when showering. Even after getting out of the bathtub, the surrounding floor was quite wet. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the location offered convenient access to public transport and was close to tourist attractions. However, the only minor inconvenience was the absence of convenience stores nearby. We had to go further afield or order delivery for water and other essentials. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

EEL YeoWe had a wonderful time in this ancient capital Jieyang and staying in this hotel (3N4D), had definitely contributed greatly to our holiday experience in Jieyang The hotel was well-located - walking distance/ short distance on electrical tricycle ride to Xuegong Square (we were there everyday!), walking distance to nearby morning market and night food stalls. The room was very comfortable and contemporary designed, with modern comfort and smart electrical/ digital set-up. There was piped-in music when one was in a shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast, having a chance to try the local Teochew food for breakfast. There was also washing machine and dryer for our laundry which we used while having breakfast. The reception counter staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests/ questions. I will highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Jieyang.

GGuest UserI don't even know where to begin! I've been staying in hotels for many years. Whenever my partner and I travel, we almost always choose well-known or landmark hotels. If you ask me why, I can only say that they generally offer safety, reliability, and excellent service. This was my first time staying in Puning, and the hotel we chose was Yunduo S Hotel. Let me tell you all about it:
Here are my personal recommendations and insights. First off, I booked this hotel through Trip.com. I distinctly remember my partner and I looked at numerous hotels, both expensive and affordable. However, Yunduo S Hotel really stood out to me as offering comprehensive quality, much like a well-rounded product – it truly ticks all the boxes.
Let's start with the service. The attention to detail was impeccable. Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and helpful information. While I wouldn't say I was 'moved' to tears, I was certainly very satisfied. I clearly recall there were some male guests checking in at the same time who were quite rude and complaining loudly. Yet, the front desk staff handled them with remarkable composure and politeness. Seeing this level of professionalism convinced me I had made the right choice in picking this hotel.
As for cleanliness, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best, but it was excellent. The room was very spacious, and every room has a window, making them bright. I really liked the room layout – it wasn't strictly business-oriented, nor was it a themed room; I'd say it offered a very suitable blend of styles. Chatting with a staff member, I learned that the hotel has undergone many positive changes since the new manager arrived, especially in improving room quality and hygiene.
Regarding the facilities and amenities, while they might not be luxury brands, they were of good quality and worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and the TV, wardrobe, and shower were all excellent and looked brand new. And speaking of security, I was surprised to see staff members in black uniforms walking around. I learned they were security patrols. This hotel takes security very seriously; I even took photos. Whether or not they were actively doing something, just seeing them made us guests feel much safer and more comfortable.
The breakfast was also quite good. It was a buffet with a wide variety of options, including bread, which I particularly enjoy.
Finally, a word about their laundry service – it was excellent! They helped us wash and dry our clothes and then returned them to us. It was a complete, one-stop service, hahahaha! Seriously, this hotel is doing an amazing job in Puning!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, clean and sanitary, the bed is very soft, there is a smart toilet, and the staff are warm and thoughtful. The kids liked the projection screen very much and said watching movies on it was so cool that they wanted to stay in the hotel without going out. The hotel is very close to Linjiang Avenue, which is nice for a walk or a tea break by the river in the evening. The key is that the price is affordable and very cost-effective.
