🏨Jiaxing Hilton Hotel For the third night of our trip to Jiaxing, we chose International Group, which is also said to be the commanding heights of Jiaxing. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room to a higher floor. The room is on the 40th floor. It's a pity that the smog was quite serious in those days, the glass was not clean, and the field of vision was deducted. The grandeur and details of the hotel are still rated online. Compared with Hilton prices in other cities, it is also very cost-effective. We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

The hotel’s environment is very pleasant, nice view out to lakes and service is excellent, I’m particularly thankful to Gavin who has been very helpful with my needs during my stay there. I’ve also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant and the food is delicious.

Service was good, friendly, facilities there seems to be plenty, good architecture design. Cons: non-smoking room smells like smoke continuosly, suggesting the aircon system is circulating smoke from somewhere. it's not squeaky clean Breakfast was pretty good. Nearby parks are nice to walk in.

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and its location is very competitive and convenient for travel. Although the furniture and facilities in the hotel are quite old, the maintenance level is very good and the living experience is comfortable.

The transportation is convenient, the room is large, hygienic and clean, the bedding is neat and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has no odor, the bathtub is very comfortable, the water in the shower is large, the shower is refreshing, the breakfast is rich, the taste is okay, and it is nearby to eat There are not many places, and you arrive late at night, so you can only order takeout for late-night snacks.

I took two elderly people out for a trip and stayed in a family room. The room is on the first floor and has a small courtyard. It is very pleasant to bask in the sun and read books. The hotel environment is very good, with a view at every step, and you can also swipe your card to go to Nanhu directly. Each building is very grand, full of national style and Zen, and you can also see the Haogu Tower in the garden. The hotel garden design is very good, and the autumn scenery in the garden is beautiful. The hotel service is even more amazing. They take the initiative to take the luggage, help the elderly, and say hello. You don’t need to go to the front desk to get the takeaway. The young man will deliver it directly to the room. The Chinese restaurant is also of high standard. Because the dishes are large, they can’t finish lunch and pack it up. The service girl said that she can take it over to heat it up in the evening. In short, this is a hotel with excellent service and unforgettable scenery. My parents said they will go again next year.

Unexpectedly, I was very satisfied. The facilities are well maintained. The overall furnishings and layout are very grand, with the grand style of an old hotel. The room is very spacious. There is no pressure to have a twin bed of 135 square meters with 2 beds and 1 bed. It is arranged on a high floor, quiet, with a good view and very comfortable. The sanitation is very clean, the bedding is very soft, and the towels are very soft. The service is very thoughtful. The attitude of the front desk manager Xiao Han is particularly good. The lady at the front desk is also very thoughtful. She will take the initiative to ask for the license plate number. I can enter and exit smoothly for 3 days. Finally, let’s talk about the breakfast: it is very rich and complete. A family of 7 is very satisfied with the food. Summary: Great value for money, very cost-effective
