The hotel’s environment is very pleasant, nice view out to lakes and service is excellent, I’m particularly thankful to Gavin who has been very helpful with my needs during my stay there. I’ve also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant and the food is delicious.

I went to Fengqiao with my friends and lived in Zhuohuaju. The room was very good, the big bed room was clean and tidy, the environment was good, and the downstairs hall could rest and eat, but the meal needed to be reserved. The first floor is a public activity area and the second floor is occupied by people. The furniture inside is also made of nice solid wood. The B&B is in the park, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. The guests we stayed at were dissatisfied on the day we stayed, and the staff could pick us up and drop us off at any time, so we didn't have to wait too long. The staff are very warm and considerate. They added WeChat to communicate the day before check-in. If you have any questions during the entire check-in process, send text messages. They will reply quickly and solve various problems as much as possible. They are very considerate of passengers. The cost includes a nice dinner, breakfast the next day and several entertainment options, so it's well worth it. The park is so beautiful. If my children hadn’t been unable to play, I would have wanted to ride my bike all day. It's very close to Hangzhou. I want to stay here when I have time in the future, especially to relieve stress.
