Hampton by Hilton Jiaxing Canal

Whenever I travel, Hilton Hampton Inn is always my first choice if the location is right, and this one didn't disappoint. The room was spacious, the service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, it's just a few minutes walk from Wanda Plaza downstairs, so dining options are super convenient.

The service was excellent. My partner and I were visiting relatives, and I booked this hotel after reading the reviews. It's a new hotel, very clean and fresh. The service attitude was fantastic, and they even upgraded our room. Downstairs is Canal Park, and next door is Wanda Plaza. Yaohan and San Ta Park aren't far either, offering beautiful scenery. Breakfast was the usual Hilton standard, which was quite good. The only thing missing was body lotion. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The room is well-soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful sleep, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, with a good variety of choices. The facilities are new and complete, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's not overly luxurious, but every aspect is thoughtfully arranged, like a genuine friend, making all travel fatigue disappear. Highly recommended.

You can't go wrong with Hampton, and Jiaxing is truly beautiful this season! The hotel is located right next to Canal Park, and the drive in already put me in a good mood! There are several highly-rated restaurants nearby, but it's clear this area is quite desolate now. The two shopping malls next door look like ghost towns, and even the commercial strip downstairs has many closed stores. There are only two Comfortable Twin Rooms on each floor, and they are diagonally opposite each other. If you're traveling with a group, keep this in mind as you might not be on the same floor. I recommend booking the next room category up. The 'Comfortable' rooms only have two chairs and no sofa. No need to say much more about Hampton; anyone who's stayed there knows how good it is! The service was also excellent, especially the cleaning lady on the fifteenth floor – she was incredibly nice!

One of the best value-for-money hotels in Jiaxing. It's in a great location, making it easy and quick to get around. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was really friendly and patiently explained tips and important things to know for visiting local attractions.

When I visited Jiaxing, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Jiaxing Canal. The hotel has an underground parking lot with charging stations, which was very convenient. It's also not far from the Yuehe Ancient Town, and there's a Wanda Plaza nearby, making dining options plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the canal. The TV supported screen mirroring, so the amenities were quite good.

I brought my family to Jiaxing for a 2-day, 1-night trip during the Chinese New Year. This room type, besides a large bed, also has a sofa bed, which is quite suitable for a family of three with an older child! The hotel window overlooks the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and the facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is also quite rich, and the service and staff are very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience!

Stayed in Jiaxing with my parents for a short trip. I have to commend this Hampton; even during Chinese New Year, the room rates weren't overly inflated. I really loved the scent in the hallway on each floor, it reminded me of hotels I've stayed in Korea. The breakfast selection was quite extensive for a four-star hotel. During the New Year, the dining area was very crowded. My mother has difficulty walking, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping us wait in line for a table. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if there was a sofa in the room and another chair on the balcony.
