Tucao first. The hotel hasn't been completely renovated yet, and there is only a section of the lakeside trail, which is not connected to the outside world. When I went there, the attitude of welcoming guests was average. I asked where the underground garage was and ignored them. The elevator buttons are unclear, and the front desk can't be found at once. There is a serious smell in the corridors of the guest rooms, and the rooms are slightly better. The front desk staff was not well trained and couldn't answer the questions asked, and forgot to swipe the card. Toiletries need to be picked up at the front desk, but they are not asked when checking in. No one answers the room service calls during certain hours at night, so you need to go downstairs to the front desk yourself. Breakfast is not a buffet, only Chinese and Western set menus can be selected. All trash cans in the room are not covered with trash bags, and I don’t think it is appropriate to throw away some trash. There are only eight kinds of beverages in the refrigerator, and there is a charge. Obviously I am sorry for the price. The rooms at half the price of Wanda are free.
Say something good. The hotel is very clean, and the lake view room can indeed enjoy the entire lake view. Most of the staff are still very enthusiastic, knowing that their hotel is a bit like a maze, and will lead you where you want to go. The variety of breakfast is also okay, at least it’s okay to eat enough, and pay attention to nutrition.
The overall feeling is that the hardware is still good in the future, and the service needs to be improved. I am far from sorry for the price.
