Finally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view. The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese. Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

The room I booked for the exam was just for one night, so I booked a hotel close to the exam site. The lady at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic. I drove here but there was no parking space when I arrived late. The lady at the front desk tried her best to help me find a parking place. The room is very tidy and the bed is very clean.
