"The location is superb! It's incredibly close to Jiaxing Station and right next to South Lake, making the South Lake Scenic Area easily accessible on foot. The hotel's design beautifully incorporates the lake into its landscape, and with a nearby pagoda in view, every turn within the property offers a new, picturesque scene. Dining options are excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including many distinctive local snacks. The Chinese restaurant's dishes are also delicious, and the portions are very generous. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean. Our upgraded suite even featured a lovely small balcony. There are also numerous comfortable lounging areas along the paths leading to the rooms. The service is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. All staff members are incredibly warm, friendly, and proactive in offering assistance. The hotel's internal shuttle service is very prompt, and they consistently go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Overall, my stay experience was absolutely fantastic, and a significant portion of this wonderful experience can be attributed to the truly outstanding and attentive service."

"A superb value hotel. Highly recommended. Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy. The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable. The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful. Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll. Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral. Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there. Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing. Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe. The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt. Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays. Overall, highly recommended!"

"As a frequent guest of this corporate hotel, Jim and Angel always assist with the arrangements whenever I stay. This time, they assigned me a garden view room with a balcony. It's the closest near 5-star hotel to my company and features an internal park that's also open to the public. The price offers incredible value for money, the breakfast spread is extensive, there are two gyms, and the pool is quite lively. I also received two complimentary cookies, and they kindly packed one of my two breakfasts for takeaway."

"The room was OK, the hygiene was good, but the wall was a bit stuffy, it should be noted on the platform notes, this room type is blocked by the wall, breakfast was probably late, there was nothing to eat, the hotel service was a bit bad, the mini bar in the room was empty, there was no charge for anything, but a deposit was required, there should be very few hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai that require a deposit now! When checking in, one was chatting and the other was busy, and it took a while for one of them to come out, but fortunately the processing speed was quite fast, it felt that the service of this hotel was intentionally casual."

"The entire park is under unified management, and check-in procedures are centralized at the entrance, which is better than living in Pujin outside the scenic area. If you can’t walk anymore, call a tour bus at any time. The location of the inn is very good. It is quiet in the middle of the city and only a two- to three-minute walk from important attractions. There is a FamilyMart nearby, and shopping is also very convenient. Currently, there are still many facilities that are not fully equipped and there are not many dining options. Having a FamilyMart will be much more convenient. The room is large and clean. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. If you have big luggage, you can only ask the front desk to help carry it upstairs. Breakfast is shared by several inns, and it is very busy during holidays. When it gets colder and I can see the ginkgo trees, I will still stay at this inn, it’s good."
