"Facilities: Excellent, with a separate wet and dry bathroom and a toilet in its own cubicle, which was especially comfortable.
Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.
Environment: Facing the courtyard. Although I couldn't see planes taking off or landing, the courtyard itself was quite unique.
Service: Attentive. I called for two extra bottles of water, and the robot delivered them quickly.
I was pleasantly surprised by how good this airport hotel was; it exceeded my expectations.
You can print boarding passes and check in luggage (for certain airlines) near the hotel lobby.
Outside the hotel, you can choose any restaurant in the pre-security area of the airport, and the hotel also has its own restaurant. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Western styles.
Since I had a morning flight, I wasn't able to enjoy the late checkout until 2 PM, but I did use the easy boarding service voucher."

"Checkin was very smooth and quick. The room was very nice with a view of the outside of airport terminal.
The shower cubicle and bathtub were clean and spacious.
The best part of our stay was the breakfast spread. The food offered from cold salad and hot soup dumplings to delicious pastries and portuguese egg tarts were all presented at a high standard. Well done!
First set back was the attitude and tone of voice af the Housekeeping services for the room. We made 2 phone calls and both times we ended up feeling reprimanded because of our request. In the end I just had to say ” no worries, just say you cannot do it, instead of giving us a lecture. ” All we asked for was an extra kettle. If she can't do it, it was fine with us...
Second setback was yhat during breakfast, the chatting amongst the staff were loud and noisy. We had an early breakfast, and there were not many guests."

"The hotel is located near Tianfu Airport. They offer a free shuttle service; just call them when you arrive at the airport and they'll pick you up. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning provided good heating. The surrounding environment is pretty good, with many restaurants, and the hot pot was authentically delicious. Breakfast was also quite good, and the price was reasonable. In the morning, they offer a wake-up call service and will drop you off at a nearby subway station. It's truly great value for money and highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍"

"Just booked the room, the front desk lady took the initiative to call to ask if you need to pick up the plane. When you arrive at the contacted pick-up location, the driver master is already waiting there. The car is clean and tidy, the space is large, and the service is very warm and thoughtful to help open the door and pack the luggage. The hotel room was clean and there was no smell, and there was a slight scent. The air conditioning in the room was very good. There is a snack street around the hotel. If you want to buy bacon, there are several tens of meters away. You will be reminded to prepare to go half an hour before the drop-off. You don’t need to worry about oversleep at all."

"This hotel really exceeded my expectations for this trip! I have to give it a big shout-out. First, the airport shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful. After confirming the time in advance, the driver was waiting punctually. No need to worry about finding a car to and from the airport, which is super convenient for early morning flights or late arrivals. The hotel environment was also a pleasant surprise – it was clean and tidy overall, with no strange odors in the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the public areas were also very well-maintained, making for a truly comfortable stay. Plus, the location is excellent, very close to the airport, which significantly cut down on travel time and maximized travel efficiency.
Of course, there were a couple of minor points: there aren't many dining options near the hotel, but thankfully, the hotel's breakfast was quite good, with a rich variety and tasty options that met our breakfast needs. Also, because it's close to the airport, you occasionally hear planes taking off and landing, but what's really considerate is that the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. With them in, it barely affected my rest – this little detail really earned extra points!
Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip, and I recommend it to anyone traveling to and from the airport."

MM52261****The room was spotless and the shampoo and shower gel were excellent. This was by far the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my Sichuan trip. The front desk service was also fantastic, and they even offered airport pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient. There was even a little poem on the coffee table in the room, showing how much thought they put into making guests' stays enjoyable.

__FL441514****My flight was delayed, so I decided last minute to stay a night near the airport. I booked the hotel right before my plane took off and immediately contacted the front desk. Xiao Zhong at the front desk quickly confirmed the airport pickup car and location for me. As soon as I landed at Tianfu Airport and turned on my phone, I received the license plate number for the pickup car, along with photo instructions on where to meet it. Xiao Zhong even called to confirm we were in the car before it departed – such thoughtful service. She also proactively asked us about our desired time for the airport shuttle the next day and called to remind us when it was time to leave. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant offered a good variety. There's a free refreshment area in the lobby with a super cute panda-shaped chocolate candy. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The staff were warm and provided excellent service; they even helped us pick up 8 packages from a courier collection point. The owner personally provided airport pick-up and drop-off service to Tianfu Airport, and even helped with our luggage. They were kind and friendly, without any airs of being an owner. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm flying out of Tianfu Airport!

ZZongzaiwaimianpaoI've stayed at Tianfu International Hotel several times now, primarily because of its convenient location just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
The lobby is very grand and opulent. The front desk staff were highly professional and welcoming, even personally escorting me to my room door.
The hotel boasts extensive grounds, featuring a massive courtyard. Naturally, the environment is superb, and it caters to all your dining and shopping needs.
The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms feature a separate wet and dry area, the bedding is plush, and the air conditioning keeps the room pleasantly cool.
The breakfast absolutely lives up to five-star standards.
I will certainly continue to choose Tianfu International Hotel for all my future trips to Chengdu.

Solid Facilities, All for a Peaceful Sleep:
* **Excellent Soundproofing**: I have to specifically praise the soundproofing! Being so close to the airport, I expected to lose sleep, but once the windows were closed, the room was incredibly quiet, and my sleep quality far exceeded expectations.
* **Clean and Comfortable**: The room was well-maintained, spotless, and odor-free. The mattress and pillows were just right, neither too soft nor too hard. The shower had hot water and great pressure, washing away the day's fatigue quickly.
Surrounding Environment, Full of Local Charm and Convenience:
This hotel is far from isolated! Within walking distance downstairs, there are restaurants, snack bars, and convenience stores – everything you need. It completely solved the dilemma of ”what to eat for a late-night snack” and ”what to buy for tomorrow's breakfast.” This convenience is a huge bonus for travelers arriving late at night or departing early in the morning.
Core Services, Precise and Reliable:
The free airport shuttle service was the cherry on top. The ride was about 15 minutes, and the driver was punctual and knew the route well, making for a seamless transfer that took the stress out of catching my flight.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at this hotel more than I expected. It's not too far from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, compared to the city of Chengdu, and the location is not too remote or rural. In fact, it's in the town of Jianyang, which has its own high speed rail station.
I arrived late, almost midnight, and the hotel still provided a bus to pick up from the airport at Gate 13 on the departure floor. I recommend you ask for their WeChat in advance so you could arrange the pickup with them. The bus dropped off people at different hotels along the way before it reached Jianyang, but it didn't take long.
The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast (Chinese, salad, bread, soups - noodles or wontons/dumplings, juices, coffee, fruit) is better than I expected in terms of variety and taste. The kitchen ladies were very kind and helpful, even when I can't speak Chinese. The staff - front desk and doorman - were also caring and helpful. Obviously, the hotel trained their staff well.
FYI. The hotel is great for those who arrive late and want a comfortable place to sleep for a night before moving on. Jianyang South Railway Station is less than 10 minutes away, and is just one high speed railway station from Chengdu (20 minutes). I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
