This is a new hotel, very large, with several buildings. In addition to being large, the quality of hardware facilities and service awareness are not a little bit worse. First of all, the elevator, the room, and the gym are full of the smell of inferior building materials. The hotel has many buildings, and the front desk is in one of them. There is no sign and no staff to guide. The gym is very large, but there is not even a bottle of water. There is a water dispenser, but no paper cups. There was no service staff at more than eight o'clock. This is a hotel that cooperates with airlines. Airlines have higher priority than ordinary guests, and they don't have to queue. At least this is my experience. I walked directly to the front and the staff handled it for them first. The staff arranged the wrong room type for me. I went to the front desk at 10:30 to negotiate and deal with it. It was not until 11:20 that they called. I said that I didn't need to deal with it because it was too late to go to bed. As a result, 15 minutes later, another manager called and said that I had to listen to their explanation and deal with it. Very bad experience, I didn't eat breakfast. Because at night I met a group of at least 15 people in the hotel yard who were drunk, half drunk or slightly tipsy, making a lot of noise and their bad character was obvious to the naked eye. If I met the same people at breakfast, it would probably be even more annoying.

The hotel is large, the service is very good, and there is a car to pick you up. The hotel is also clean, the facilities are very new, the environment is very good, there are a lot of greenery, and it is very convenient to be close to the airport.

The hotel room is very new. If you bring children, you will be upgraded to a suite. However, the odor from the floor drain in the room was very serious. I was forced to inhale the pungent smell when I went to the toilet. I couldn't understand why the hotel didn't take care of it. The park is very large and easy to get confused, and the hotel's logo is really problematic. You may consider flying or transferring to Tianfu Airport. It is a 15-minute drive from Tianfu Airport. There is a free shuttle bus from the park to the airport. The room I booked had a choice of afternoon tea or panda dolls. I called the front desk and asked if I wanted to choose panda dolls or afternoon tea. I thought it would be fine for a smaller child to play with, so I agreed. I asked what it was like. Even if the dolls are for the 2021 Universiade, I would have chosen afternoon tea if I had told you. Does it make sense to send out-of-season dolls? How about dealing with squeezed inventory?

The room was clean and the sanitary facilities were complete. We were upgraded to a suite for free! The breakfast is very nice, with many varieties! It's also very quiet when sleeping at night, not noisy at all!

After learning that we had a lot of luggage when we returned to China, we got in the commercial car. Even though the driver had already gotten off work, he still arranged for the duty manager Zhou Jing to personally pick us up at the airport. After arriving at the hotel, three staff members took our luggage to the room. The hotel is very stylish, the room is large, clean and refreshing, and very quiet! I slept very comfortably. I lost my diamond ring in the room in a hurry when I checked out. The next day the customer service lady arranged for it to be sent by SF Express without saying a word. It is really one of the few hotels I have encountered with perfect service! The most important point is that this hotel did not ask for reviews at all. I only found out after asking for the name myself. This will be my only hotel of choice when traveling to Tianfu Airport in the future! ! !
