位置不錯，離古城很近，出行方便。客棧設計不錯，清新雅緻，園內小景不錯，房頂也有別致的花園，露營設施，可拍照打卡。

酒店位置很好，就在建水古城朝陽樓外面一點。走幾步路就是小桂湖商業區，吃飯非常方便。酒店也是非常贊，榻榻米式的床很有特色。老闆娘人也非常好，給我們推薦了吃飯的地方實惠有特色。下次來建水還會考慮這家酒店。

客棧在巷子裏，距離古城約5分鐘步程，停車場約3分鐘步程，自駕需要自己提行李走一小段路。小院和天台都佈置得很温馨，天台可以眺望古城門樓，拍照很出片。提供的一次性用品種類很齊全，天台和一樓都有落地衣架可以晾曬衣服，老闆也很熱心，快下雨會提醒收衣服。除了衞生間略小外住得很舒服。推薦給年輕人出行。

客棧老闆服務很好，還沒到一直微信跟我們聯繫，發給我們客棧位置和停車點，我們是帶長者出來旅遊，到陌生的城市買東西不方便，老闆主動送給我們雞蛋，給我們説吃飯的地方以及景點，感恩，祝他們生意興隆。

這個酒店的價值100元不能再多了。
1.雖然是民宿，但衞生應該是硬性要求。洗漱台上厚厚一層灰，而且還是在每天有人住的旺季。蚊帳作為裝飾，就應該要勤洗勤換，又臟又灰還有蟲子。
2.一次性四件套用品質量很差，枕頭都塞不進去。
3.馬桶、洗澡和洗漱台的水都很小。
4.特別要説的一點，枕頭又厚又硬，睡一晚都要落枕了，太難用了，非常不符合人體正常頸椎，一點都不健康。
5.旺季500一間，我想問問老闆的良心會痛嗎？攜程也應該派試睡員去看看這種民宿值得推薦嗎？當地酒店旺季同等價位的，比這個檔次好的多得是，該民宿老闆應該提升下自己的品質。
6.過年期間沒人打掃衞生，大家慎重選擇！
該民宿唯一可取的一點，小哥服務還行，如果沒有他，這個民宿我給0分。

每次出行如果有的選，基本都選個性化的客棧。
這次建水之行對住宿非常滿意 説幾點我願意上來評價的借鑒點：1.環境之美 打造的很有美感，處處是鮮花，剝離了煙火氣 心思可以暫時離開下紅塵；2. 家主真誠。細節滿滿，房間所有配置都是免費使用，還插上了小支綉球. 香料。 知道我喜歡喝茶，老闆馬上拿出了冰島 老闆娘拿來了礦泉水。停車也會給票票。 3.沒有商業推薦。 4.安靜。我很看重。

老闆很好，房間也不錯，天台拍照片很美很出片，洗了衣服晾在樓上，下雨了還給我們收，真的很貼心，晚上還給我們送了哈密瓜

小院很美，樓頂就能看見朝陽樓。離古城挺近的，步行方便。老闆人很好，熱情真誠，準備的小禮物孩子們很喜歡，推薦的小吃店很好吃，想辦法幫我們訂了小火車票。唯一遺憾的是貓貓狗狗回家過年了，衹好期待下次再見囉。
