The hotel is clean and the location is good for parking. But I have lived in hundreds of hotels with Trip.com for more than ten years. The first time I gave a bad service review. The waitress at the front desk was very unprofessional and disrespected to the elderly. Two 80-year-olds lived in a room. One of them took a bath but the water was not hot. The other went to the front desk to ask the water heater if it was not hot. After asking twice, the front desk replied ”I can't help it” and asked the old lady to go back and wait. It's not about the attitude of hanging up. The elderly were not frozen, and finally called me. I went down and told the front desk that I was still asking me to go back and wait. I was annoyed. Later, the elderly repeatedly asked to come to the room to see the water heater. It rose 1 degree in 5 minutes, and waited for half an hour. The water heater was 34 degrees. Finally, we asked to open a room to take a bath. The front desk does not respect the elderly, and the attitude that basic problems are not solved is not very service conscious, which is very chilling. Seeing that there are also complaints that there is no service, and there is no problem to solve, no empathy. It seems that the complaint about this hotel service is not an example. There is no simple Jianshui people who have met for shopping and eating. Choose carefully with older children!

The nearby Xinfang Village is also a traditional village with a new look and corresponding protection measures. The village is very quiet and there are few tourists. There are also pomegranate trees planted in the lotus ponds along the way. The room was full on the day of check-in, and the hotel staff were very busy, but they were able to respond to our needs one by one, which was great! Hotel location is very good, directly opposite Zitao Street, with its own large parking lot, the hotel is very special with Jianshui residential characteristics, the best is that there is a favorite cafe in the hotel, you can drink coffee and chat with friends when you don't want to go out, it is too comfortable. The hotel environment is very good, g there is a very exquisite small courtyard on the first floor, it is very popular with any shots, the boss is very good, and the suite is upgraded for free. Next time you come to Jianshui, you still have to come to ”see the water”.

第一次來雲南建水古城，之前也是聽朋友説起這個地方，説它是比麗江大理更慢的一個古城。預訂這家客棧，也是感覺古香古色的風格和古城很搭，沒想到真的比想象的更好！首先環境位置不錯。在朱德故居旁邊的居民區，離古城裡各個景點都很近，晚上睡覺很安靜。然後就是衞生乾淨，老闆娘是茶藝師，房間裏的細節做的很好感覺很温馨。最後就是老闆娘和管家小妹都挺熱情的，不厭其煩的為我們介紹建水古城的特色小吃和景點。這次雖然在建水古城待的時間不久，但是下次還會再來的！強烈推薦這家客棧！
