房間古色古香，地理位置也非常好，出門就是熱鬧的古街，進門就是幽靜的庭院。夜景不錯，非常出片。服務小哥也很友好。老闆一直忙前忙後，住在其中非常有安全感。

酒店位置離建水小火車站和古城都很近，工作人員有問必答，服務熱情周到，屋內設施齊全，乾淨衞生，酒店的建築風格很有特色，孩子住得很開心！

房間還是不錯的，是舊屋改造的，可以放車，這點比很多民宿好多了。不在建水古城內，但是離的不遠，和小火車站也很近。

酒店乾淨，位置好停車.
但是用攜程十幾年住了上百家酒店.第一次給服務差評.
前台女服務員非常不專業，且對長者不尊重.
兩個八十歲長者住一間房，其中一位洗澡但水遲遲不熱，另一個去前台問熱水器不熱的問題，問了兩次，前台就回復“我也沒辦法”讓老太太回去等，一副事不關己高高掛起的態度.
長者凍的不行，最後給我打電話，我下去跟前台説，依舊是讓我回去等，還嫌我煩。後來長者再三要求才肯來到房間看熱水器. 5分鐘升1度，等了半個小時熱水器衹有34度.最後我們要求下開一間房洗澡.
前台不尊重長者，碰到基本問題不去解決的態度，沒有服務意識，非常讓人寒心.
看到下面也有人投訴沒有服務，遇到問題不解決，沒有同理心. 看來對於這個酒店服務的投訴不是個例.遠沒有購物吃飯碰到的建水人淳樸.
帶長者孩子的慎選！

前台服務比較差，攜程積分兑換的延遲退房到下午兩點，前台12點打電話來催，説了訂單有延遲退房，前台還説最多延遲到一點，超時要付半天房費，反覆多次催促，房型房間很大 完全可以住4人 房型有浴缸 沒有免費一次性塑料套 想泡澡的朋友可能需要自備一下。

位置好，就在古城內。環境好，古色古香且乾淨。服務好，前台小姐姐漂亮熱情！早餐雖簡單但齊全，服務大姐較熱情，超級推薦！！

房間是兩層，太舒服了，而且就在建水古城裡麪，離小火車站也很近，客服很熱心，沒有小火車票了，到處幫我聯繫買票，下次來這裏，還會入住
