民宿的位置就在南門背後這條街臨近土主廟，10分鐘以內可以步行到達古城核心區域，逛古城很便捷。房間乾淨，床偏硬，空調可用，有熱水，微波爐可用，天貓精靈不可用，電視不可用，投影不可用，晚上有蚊蟲，家人被不知名的蟲咬到，不紅不腫，就是疼。一牆之隔有個大型木材加工廠，早上7.30準時開工一直延續到下午，午休是不行的，聲音很吵，不適合晚起的朋友，停車千萬不能聽從房東停到路邊，因為是消防通道，已經好多人領到罰單，建議停到停車場，過夜20塊，不過夜10塊，下單需謹慎，一旦房東接單，房費是一分錢都不予退還的，以上是入住後的如實描述，希望對訂房的朋友有所參考！

房東人好，但是房子旁邊是木材廠！7點就開始吵！而且玻璃房子漏水！停車門口有貼罰單的風險！而且非常不好倒出來！

本來很好的小民宿，房主人也很好，夫妻倆回覆很快，尤其男主人上門幫解決問題，但房子問題還是給我們帶來很大困擾。最重要就是兩點：1用水困難，房子樓頂不知道哪裡漏水，一直往街道嘩嘩流水，過路的人都一身濕，無奈讓我們趕緊洗漱停了水，上廁所都沒水沖，提前接好一桶水半夜沖廁所使。。。這還能湊合忍了沒關係。第二點太要命了，吵！不是一般的吵，我睡覺不算輕了，晚上入睡要塞着耳機，就這樣凌晨四點還是被吵醒，每2-5分鐘過一趟車，聲音之大難以忍受。白天也不可能補覺，因為隔壁是一個木材加工廠，早上7：25開始電鋸聲就沒停過。。。第二天逛朱家花園都沒精神草草了事文廟也放棄直接走了找下一站休息去了。

位置很好，感覺也很温馨！但是，就是用水、特別是熱水實在太無語啦！晚上水小得可憐，早上就直接沒熱水！衞生間積水！
因為定在除夕、大年初一住，想煮碗湯圓都沒法實現！床，硬得老火，影響休息！

説實話，房子就在路邊，從早到晚都有電動車，摩託車和三輪小車經過，很不好睡覺！而且旁邊的鋸木廠全周無休，週一到週六早7點到晚7點，週日好一點，早8:30到晚7點！如果想好好睡恐怕衹有自帶耳塞了！
二是中間層的學習室太熱了，沒空調甚至沒配個電風扇！需要改進！
衞生還好！冰箱不錯，買來飲料可以冰了喝！
總體還不錯！就是噪音太大！

位置好找，就在南門邊上，房間挺大的，上下兩層，樓上有個平台晾衣服根方便。去古城其它地方很方便，適合一家人住。
