Shaxi Ancient Town
The shopkeeper was very enthusiastic and came to pick us up when we were about to arrive. He was afraid that the navigation would take us on a detour! His house has a larger yard, parking is convenient, and the yard is very warmly decorated! There is also a humidifier in the room! They also give you fruits that can be eaten directly and some carrots, and local milk in the evening, which is delicious! The bedding is comfortable to sleep on. I like the light blanket on the bed. I asked the guy and he shared the link with me. Thank you! Traveling is also convenient, not far from Yujin Bridge! Overall, I'm very satisfied. I just gave my brother a suggestion. Since there is no dry and wet partitions, the shower water will flow everywhere. I suggest you get a water retaining ***** in the future, which may be better! I wish his family a prosperous business! Next time I go, I will stay at his house!

In a newly built scenic area, the rooms are smart and convenient. The scenery of the yard is also very good. The surrounding is the wood carving town. There is a black pottery museum and a wood carving museum. It is worth seeing.

Shaxi Ancient Town
quaint guest house that is run by a retired HK couple, they provided the warmest welcome during our entire trip, and we felt so at home! we spend quite a while chatting with Ms May and her husband and enjoyed the exchange. facilities are homely and basic, with a lovely garden and a kids play area. total of 8 rooms. shaxi ancient town is such a gem, quaint, quiet and is a place where you can really slow down your pace to appreciate what yunnan china is like. spend your time wandering around shaxi ancient town, it’s small (1 hour exploration) but definitely take the time to sit with a cup of coffee or a book. take the yellow taxi (electric buggy) to explore the various smaller towns that surround shaxi. there are appx 7 smaller towns, each with its own charm… we only had time to explore beilongchun, where the pace of life is slow, quiet and healing. the higher you hike, the views are very different! some places to check out: - shaxi avant garde book shop u - universal bakery (alien mascot bakery that sells sourdough, hard crust bread) - bailong tan (small lake) - 山风院子 which has a tree house and a mini cafe - shaxi tea horse museum - old stone bridge, in the afternoon an elderly couple would be there with their goats and you can buy goat milk or take photos. - shaxi friday market!!!

Facilities: complete. Although there is no air conditioning and heating. But the hot water in the bath is either hot or cold. Hygiene: as shown. There are spider webs. The bathroom is really simple. The faucets in the sink are loose Environment: The yard is beautiful. Service: The boss service is very warm and attentive. The Spring Festival holiday is over, and the price is still strong at 500+. In any case, health is still completely done! By the way, the wooden courtyard is very textured, but the room is not very soundproof. The squeak next door has been from 9 pm to 8 or 9 am the next morning. If there is a high sleep requirement, choose carefully.

Shaxi Ancient Town
This hotel accommodated me so well and so quickly, I booked another hotel, to only get there and it have been closed for over a year, so I had to think fast and this hotel was right around the corner. They helped stranded me, were so lovely. Gave me a plate full of snacks on arrival. Breakfast was also great. The room was very pretty and comfortable. I didn’t get cold as there was a portable heater as well as an electric blanket. Very well situated as well. They also then helped carry my suitcase to the car park because the cobbled paths were a nightmare. Thanks so much! If I’m ever back in Shaxi, I’ll book here first!
