There are several courtyards, and there are stairs up and down, but there is not even a guy to help with luggage. You can't ask the front desk lady to check in, help guests with their luggage, and clean up at the same time, right? Floor heating gives a suggestion to the next guests. The hotel is fixed at 18℃, you need to mention it to the front desk before it can be heated up for you! ! The floor heating at 18 degrees Celsius might not be as high as the room temperature. Is this hotel suffering from serious losses and reluctant to use electricity?
