I like Shaxi so much! The hotel service is good. When we arrived at the ancient city, they helped us carry our luggage 🧳. We also upgraded to a king-size bed room. I recommend everyone to come on Fridays. The market is fun and the things are super cheap! The mango is super big and costs 10 yuan for 3 pounds! The beef is also delicious! The persimmon cake is also delicious. If you are not used to the smell of milk, don't buy milk buns and milk tofu, it is very fishy...

I have always wanted to go to Shaxi. I picked many hotels and finally chose this one. I was not disappointed. Everything was good. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and different every day. The afternoon tea is also delicious. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and the check-in is fast. She also patiently introduced me to the nearby food when I asked. If there is anything during the stay, the staff will come to help quickly, such as adding pillows and quilts. The price-performance ratio is very high, and all the services are in place.

I had a fantastic stay at Yingju Inn. The hotel is located in the most central place of Shaxi village. But more importantly, the manager was very helpful and professional. She speaks perfectly English and was able to help me for many things. She indicated me all the sights to visit in the area, and she booked my bus for me. It worth to be noticed, because after almost one month in China, it was the first time that I had a hotel with an English-speaking staff.

I loved that my driver could drive right up to the hotel as I really did not want to transport my things across the cobblestone of Old Town. The location was the hotel is great as you are only a couple minutes from many restaurants, shops, and sights. The grounds are beautiful with so many flowers. The front desk was helpful in suggestions and recommending activities. Having them on wechat was helpful. The breakfast is simple, but alright.

All the accommodations for this trip to Yunnan were not booked in advance, but we took a look at various options in advance and decided on the spot. When we opened the door of Wuliu Xinsu and saw the room at first sight, we had already identified it! After all, the climate in Yunnan is relatively dry. The welcome fruits and snacks on the desk were very delicate. The bedding was the white color I liked, and the quilt and double pillows were also very comfortable. The bathroom was dry and wet, which was very humane. The bath water was also large enough, warm enough, and the water flow was stable. The floor heating was very considerate. The breakfast on the second day surprised us even more. Auntie asked for our preferences in advance. We chose Western food, toasted bread and sandwiches, yogurt and nuts, freshly peeled mangoes, and sweet potatoes and tomatoes were all peeled. This service is also unparalleled! We were a little touched in our hearts, and we really regretted why we only arranged one night in Shaxi. Afterwards, we found out that the gentle woman yesterday was the proprietress. No wonder the whole homestay exudes refinement and comfort, and even the aunt is so soft-spoken and polite. The transportation of the homestay is very convenient, there is a parking lot next to it, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the center of the ancient town.
