The reception staff is very friendly and professional.
Exterior and common area very beautiful, but the room is average, and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired... Mattress not clean, floor not clean, presence of moths & mosquitoes in the room, lots of traces on the walls..."

"The best apartment I've been. Senior building, completely renovated, very central. Instant whatsapp attention. This is very easy to enter and get out. Breakfast is more than right in the apartment itself. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable."

"The hotel I stayed at for the first night was wooden. I found a surprise. There is a supermarket at the door, taxis are available, shopping is super convenient, and it is 2 minutes walk from the famous Flamingo Bar El Pasaje. It only opened in 2024. It belongs to the apartment hotel under eurostar. The room is large and new. Quiet and comfortable, superb! It is the largest suitcase that can't be stored. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Eurostar four-star hotel. The service is great. It will provide detailed Jerez activities and maps. 10,000 likes!"

"The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
The only one but it was at the exit that the woman who was at the reception spoke to us with bad attitude, because if it is true we went down at 12:39 to leave the room because my husband was unwilling for that we lasted a more and good pelin I don't ask you directly I speak wrong with bad ton, but we will generally repeat it again."

"Lovely Villa located 10-15 mins walk to old town. It’s a well conserved, thoughtfully restored old villa and the room is big. The bed is super comfortable and bathroom is well stocked and big too. The reception team is very warm and provide good suggestions on what to do in Jerez. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious."

CChristina M GiuffreWe enjoyed our stay- the location was very central and the room was nice. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear very loud nightclub music till 3am. Luckily we brought ear plugs to sleep. The check-in is via an app and you have to wait till 3pm.

Access was good about 10 minutes walk from the station of Heles de la frontera.
The room was beautiful. The amenities were also equipped with free mineral water in addition to shampoo body soap.
The front desk staff was very good. He also responded gently to one word English.
There is also a supermarket nearby and it is convenient for shopping.
There are not many sightseeing spots around, but it is recommended when visiting Helles.

KKAYOKO鉄道の駅からは10分ほど歩きます。広くて平坦な歩きやすい道です。ホテルの目の前にバス停があります。カテドラルやアルカサルがある繁華街に近いですがホテルのある場所は夜も静かです。暗い部屋だと言う口コミを見ていたので覚悟していましたが、全**のようなことはなく、明るい部屋でした。明るい・暗いは部屋によるのだと思います。スタッフの方の対応は素晴らしく、ホテル代も他と比べて安価です。朝ご飯は7時半からです。7時からだと更に良かったです。メニューには満足しましたが、コーヒーがあまり美味しくなかったのが残念です。
