The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and simple. It’s well located to the main restaurants and bars as well as the cathedral and Alcázar. If you arrive by public transport the hotel is well located but if you have a car it’s a 10 minute walk to the closest car park assuming the hotel is full which is likely. For me it feels as though the reception area (and bathrooms) are out of date. It all looks a bit tired. I found it abit odd to have coffee facilities and fridges dotted around the reception - reminiscent of a shop rather than a hotel reception. It feels 1980/90 rather than 2024. The buffet breakfast is adequate but unsupervised coffee machine needs an instruction manual.

The hotel has nice rooms with good maintenance. The staff accommodating, great customer service. The rooms on the third floor have lovely private balconies far from the street noise. The hotel is in the center city, close to all historic sites which Jerez is known for.

For the first time ever, we checked out early. We had booked for 3 nights but after 2 without sleep, we had had enough. Every toilet flush, every shower, every tap turned on we heard it all. Pipes clanking, water running, drains flowing. Every conversation, each footstep, every door slam. All night. The room itself was dismal. The only window opened into a ventilation shaft, so we got no light. We didn't try the breakfast because frankly, no mediocre hotel continental type buffet is worth 10 euro per head.

Don't be put off by the immediate approach - this is a lovely hotel well placed for the nearby bars and restaurants. The bedroom was large with huge comfortable bed and pillows. The room is simply, yet attractively decorated. The bathroom was spacious with abundant hot water and great pressure for the shower. Immaculately clean throughout. Continental breakfasts buffet style, offer a good choice of cold meats, cereals,fruit and drinks. The dining room is small and if the hotel is busy then some patience is required in waiting and accessing the choices available. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and nothing a trouble to them. We would not hesitate in using the hotel again.

Staff excellent at reception as we felt welcomed. At breakfast the fruits weren’t fresh and no egg, but a full access to a barista espresso machine was greatly appreciated.

Handily placed small hotel quite near to the market place in Jerez. All clean and tidy and with good facilities in comfortable bedroom, with shower room, air-conditioning and comfy bed. Manned reception with friendly and helpful staff, plus lift up to all 3 floors. Breakfast didn't over excite, so we opted to go out each morning and eat locally at one of the (many) local cafes where the locals eat and where you can try different local breakfast choices. Downside with the room was that the soundproofing was pretty poor, so we could hear anyone walking and talking right from the reception to the corridors outside (we were on 1st floor) and the plumbing was really noisy. Every time anyone ran a tap or shower or flushed a toilet or came in talking loudly during the night we could hear it, so not sure how you get round that one. Other than that, perfectly good and good value for the time we were there.
