Everything is good in Grand Hyatt. All you want is just within walking distance. I discount 1 point because shower wash is missing in bath room but 2 bottle of body lotion; and dirty towels did not take away after cleaning.

It's like being at home. Every time we visit Jeju, we choose to stay here. The location is convenient, the place is clean, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. It is the best hotel I stayed in Jeju Island🏨Although the room is not too big, it is only about 20 square meters, which is barely enough. The environment is great and there is no noise. There is 7-11 downstairs. It is very close to the duty-free shop and the airport. The hotel is very new and clean. The front desk speaks English and the service is great. There are charging cables with three ports on the table, and several 220v sockets. It is very friendly to Chinese customers. There is no need to buy a converter. The fly in the ointment is that there are no sockets next to the bed. Then I moved the bedside table and unplugged the lamp to charge me haha. Then there is a magnifying mirror in the toilet. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the 10th floor. It is really perfect. Although the swimming pool needs 2,000 won for towels, the experience is great. My parents like the swimming pool here. Dyne Oceano Hotel was amazing. Lovely location, plentiful facilities, and great service. The rooftop infinity pool was heated. The spa bath was very relaxing and had panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect stay. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.

I checked in late, but it was a pool villa, so it seemed comfortable for my family to stay together. Although the water is warm, it's not cold. The bathroom is directly connected to the outside. It's more convenient to wash after the spa. It's recommended. 🤩🤩

I stayed for 2 nights and the location is good and the facilities are good. There is a trail nearby, so it's good for a walk in the morning. I had a comfortable stay as they provided plenty of water, towels, etc. The view was nice, there was a convenience store nearby, and there was Kim Manbok Kimbap restaurant right on the upper floor. The owner is also kind 😊 I went alone this time, but I want to go again next time to stay with friends or family.

Located in the middle of Jeju Island, I booked because I expected it to be accessible. If you don't go to Mt. Hanra, you don't have to set up a hostel near Mt. Hanra. I wanted a high floor but I was not assigned because there was no room. The accommodation is similar to the structure of the usual apartment. I asked for a needle late at night because I needed it. The hotel also gives you a needle if you ask. There was no inconvenience other than that, and it is convenient to have many facilities.

Stayed with a friend. I went to Cheju Island for the first time, but this hotel was a very far place from the airport by taxi for 60 minutes. Is it more local than travelers? It was an image. The front desk was very kind and nice. It was good because the famous beach was nearby, but I thought it would be a little difficult for travelers who were not accustomed to the island. The hotel was old, so it was a rotten feeling. The room was beautiful but I was happy if there was a pajamas.

I booked 1 adult 2 children on the trip, but I had to pay for the children separately on the spot ㅜㅜ I made a reservation for 3 people, but I was embarrassed to say that only 2 adults were booked ... But the bedding was clean and the guide was good. No facilities around Not good deliveryㅜㅜ Go to the mart before you go. There's everything left in the hostel.

Well, the owner of the hotel should be the host who received us, super enthusiastic. Help us carry the luggage to the room and tell us how to use the room equipment; (the room is quite big with the bed) tell us the route to take the bus; when we check out, take the initiative to call the car for us, I really appreciate it. But the fly in the ointment is that I don’t know if the bedding is not clean or if it’s a problem. Obviously, I don’t know how to describe it. Well, that’s probably it. Thanks 🙏

Since I stayed for multiple nights, I actually had to request separately for cleaning and towel replacement, and I was disappointed that the wrong photo was posted on Trip.com and the wrong room was booked. The male owner was very kind, and I was grateful that he helped me a lot even though it must have been difficult to manage due to the snow.
