The best place for a family trip! The location is a bit disappointing, but it is very spacious inside and has good facilities, so it is good for families. In particular, the swimming pool is heated, so it's good for swimming even in the winter, and the indoor pool is operated at different depths, so my child loved it. There is also a small kids cafe in the auxiliary facilities and it is very spacious so it is not a burden to walk around. Thank you for providing a room that reflects your requests for bed guard, location, etc. I think it would be good to go with Eco Land in spring/summer. I came in winter and the weather was rainy, so I didn't go to Eco Land and only used the hotel. The breakfast menu also has a great variety! I intend to visit again next time👍👍

Dongmun Market / Jeju City Hall
Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Upon entering, the concierge was attentive and provided the necessary service and guidance. The lobby was splendid and looks to be a grand hotel in its early days. It looks real good now and didn’t regret booking it. The room is a little aged but has the necessary amenities. But basically everything is charged so pay attention to amenities in the room for what is free and what you have to additionally pay. We had the balcony room which faces the sea. Love it to relax and got some good videos of the airplanes leaving Jeju airport. Though you can hear the planes from the room, it wasn’t noisy and quite soothing. Then again, I was totally tired and slept like a baby. Would totally recommend the hotel but don’t expect much. Location is easy to walk to the market, about a good 15mins walk.

Jeju Internation Airport / Yeondong
We stayed in a standard twin room for 3 nights. The sink was spacious and the water area was clean, and the room had enough room to spread out two suitcases. I was also happy that there was a lot of storage space. There are also quite a few power outlets. However, I was worried that I didn't know how to operate the TV and could only see one channel lol. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and everyone served customers courteously. I think the location is very convenient as there are many food restaurants in the area and there is an e-mart within a 10 minute walk. Please note that this e-mart or the nearby Lotte Hotel are the only machines available to charge your WOWPass in Jeju City!

Jeju Internation Airport / Yeondong
It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

Hotel is rather rigid with check-in time. Strictly 3pm, not even 10mins earlier. The sound barrier is bad - could hear thunder footsteps and shifting of furniture from above every night, and people talking as they walk past the rooms. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh bedsheets was changed throughout. Overall stay was okay. Nothing spectacular to compliment about, but I’ll choose to stay in another hotel next time.

① Check in Room Information ② Mobile Checkout ※ If the room is not automatically exposed, please enter the reservation number (1841) in the room extra menu. I thought about checking in these days. After a walk, I came back and found my bag in the morning and headed to the room. The staff who gave me the bag knew that the reason I found the bag was check-in, not check-out, and asked for the amount and explained that I should pay when I checked out. I went to the room without any doubt and came to the room and thought ~ The staff did not give me any explanation, no cards ~ My room is on the top floor, Elbe is on the very long corridor ~ The room is the end! I found a room intricately, but when I came to the counter again, I was hot and tired and annoyed. Even though it was a blur that I came from where I didn't take care of my guests, you didn't remember properly, and you didn't know the procedure to use it, and you asked us what to do. Every day, the staff and the users are different, whatever and where. I don't know, I'm sorry, I'm slow, I'm fast, I'm used to using, I'm first time, I'm the service business, I'm the hotel staff. !! ”So what do you want me to do?” As a matter of fact, as a customer jitters, as a customer asks for responsibility for mistakes, not ..., but for the convenience of customers, I should have been careful and guided first, but I should have been careful and guided first, but I should have been careful and guided first, and I should have been careful and guided first, and I should have been careful and guided Isn't the apple first? Isn't that the attitude of the staff who provides the service of the hotel? !!! I feel unpleasant because I am ignored by the hotel staff and treated as a guest. I think it's a beggar to see in the room when I enter the room.
