Good location: 10 minutes walk to Hamdeok beach.
The personnel is very friendly.
Cheap.
There is a 7/11 shop.

But the housekeeping was very annoyed if you ask for a bottle of water, they would give it to you, and then they will tell you that they won’t place it to you room today. And they will try to give you the towels and make you place “do not disturb” sign, because they don’t want to clean your room…because you asked for a bottle of water 🤣

Stayed 2nights at this hotel.
It comes with quite a spacious carpark (if you are driving), no issue for parking it here!
There is a small 7-11 at lobby.
Room was ok, Korean breakfast available for purchase/top up. There isn’t much restaurant or shop nearby (unless you drive)
Overall is a good stay.

The service attitude is good, but the front desk is a little short of staff. The bed sheets were dirty on the first day. The most worrying thing is that the door of the hotel cannot be locked, which is really unsafe. The highlight of this hotel is the small swimming pool at the door, but many people don't wear swimming caps, so I'm still a little worried about hygiene. It's close to Hamdeok Beach on foot, so you can digest food after dinner at night.
