"Located near Airport and very convenient to access the city and restaurants around. Lotte duty free mall is in same buildings. Reception could be more friendly towards guests instead of being robots just doing their job without any smile and welcoming feeling. Also if you ask them any query reply will not be so friendly. Jeju Lotte city experience was completely opposite to Seoul Lotte city hotel. Seoul team was awesome in hospitality. Jeju team doesn’t care."

"Location: very convenient. It is located in urban district, just 10 mins away from the airport. Taxi charge about 5000 won. The hotel even have free shuttle service to airport. Room quality: good with most frequently facilities available. Large windows installed. Drawback: the bathroom door cannot close properly. Carpark services: they will help me park the car at their basement."

"This hotel was in a relatively good location. On the bus from the airport it took maybe 1 hour 20 minutes to get there. And then we walked to the beaches near by. There are little restaurants and coffee shops along the way. We did use the roof top pool, it was nice to have a pool option because unfortunately it rained a couple days while we were there. It had a nice view. Communication with the front desk was a little hard since we don’t speak the language, but that would probably be the case in most hotels."
