There is a lift but it's not same level as rooms to it's not convenient for those with big luggages. They didn't provide that info in their description! Requested for partial refund but owner rejected! They don't even compensate for the guest due to their lack of providing lift info! The owner couple can speak in basic English so it's abit inconvenient! The hotel owner is in around 60s and he could not help us carrying up and down when we do checkin/out! No one helped us! The service is very bad but it's near to black pork street and market! The building is quite old and can see that they patch the room near aircon area! No aircon service so I have to request fan for air ventilation or cooling purpose! They didn't clean the room properly and found the used comb, one stain on the bed. The room is quite small!

The old man was horrible. It was scary to stay in the same hotel with him. They must improve on service. That was poor customer service.

Cheap and should be okay to stay here. It’s close to the shopping alley and public transport. Food are also close by. Room are okay no problem at all.

Smoking is allowed in the hotel. There is a market in Ollae-dong. The Seobu-do Fisheries Cooperative is nearby. There is a black pig pond there. It is convenient to go to the airport.

Although the hotel is old, the charges are cheap and the location is great. There is a business district nearby, so you don’t have to worry about food. The best place to buy souvenirs on the last day of the trip is at the Dongmen Market near Qixing Street.
