I highly don't recommend you staying here, unless you are Korean. I booked this ocean suite room for USD 200 ++ per night Cons (BAD) : 1. Check in - the reception guy who served me was ok and know little to no english. most can't speak english 2. Need to sign a form to note that you CANNOT bring in outside food into the room, no food delivery into the hotel room. 3. I asked the front desk for chopsticks as we were making 711 cup ramens to eat, THEY DO NOT HAVE IT. we are also not allow to take it from the restaurant. I'm in South Korea and the hotel do not have chopsticks to provide to their customers, no even fork & spoons are provided in the hotel. this is really bad. They will ask you to go to 711 or CU to buy chopsticks. 4. It was end march and the weather was kind of cooling and nice but the heater is stil on and when we asked the front desk, they said they cannot turn on airconditioning because the weather still cold. the room was extremely warm but we cant turn on the aircon. So we asked for a fan, open the balcony door to let some cool air in. HORRIBLE. 5. The taps for both cold and hot water, the cold water tap was obviously very loose and need to take a few turns to get it right. 6. The daily room service, they changed the towels only, DID NOT provide us with more tea/coffee, DID NOT make the bed and WORST, did not even bother to bring the cups in from the balcony. 7. The room power plugs are not international or with USBs, bring your own international adapters. 8. The location of this hotel is 30 mins drive from jeju city. Please make sure you rent a car. Pros (GOOD) : 1 - Good view (unless you book the ocean view suites) 2- Size of room and bathroom, very big.

Dyne Oceano Hotel was amazing. Lovely location, plentiful facilities, and great service. The rooftop infinity pool was heated. The spa bath was very relaxing and had panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect stay. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.

Ocean view was lovely, breakfast was good and the room was a good size with bath by the window and separate shower in the bathroom , rooftop pool has adult only hours from 8pm - 10pm

Room facing ocean was good. But we were given room on 2nd floor. Rooftop pool & sunset view was excellent. Overall it was a pleasant stay for one night. Will come back for the resort next time.

I reserved the family room with private pool. But the rooms were very dark no sunlight because of the pool and pool wasn't the same on the picture. Instead of this room with pool it is better to book rooms that hasn't private pool. Because the hotel has very nice outdoor pool on the roof with ocean view.

We were stay room with jacuzzi!!!! Good view and ppl kind. Nice amenities. Even offer coupons like coffee 1+1 ,discount restaurants near hotel. Definitely will come back here if we come back jeju island. But if you dont have car its bit hard to get there.

Decent hotel next to the ocean but it was odd that my terrace room was completely blocked from the ocean view by some shed.

Nice and relaxing

Went here for our wedding annivesary and we got a free upgrade to the Superior Terrace Ocean room. We loved every bit of the room as it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It also has an amazing view of the ocean from both the balcony and jacuzzi room though we would caution all to bring down the blinds as we can actually see all the rooms when standing opposite the hotel. In addition, all hotel staff that we crossed path with were polite and always ready to lend a handwhenever we needed assistance. My husband and I also enjoyed our dinner in their restaurant. However, the location of the hotel may be inconvenient for those who are not driving.

The room given to us was spacious and it was facing the ocean. Great to wake up hearing the waves 😊. Although, we were not able to enjoy the balcony as it was still very cold. Spent a night just chillin in our room's spa bath. The hotel is clean and the staff is accomodating. Thank you Dyne Hotel!

The location is far from everything, and they don’t have laundry service
