4 stars for service because on first day we had missing room slippers; second day missing floor mat. We have to call concierge to have them send it to our room. Parking was quite tight for this hotel. Other than that, all good🤗

New hotel just next to the sea, you can see the sunset inside the hotel sea view room. The room is not quite big but clean and tidy. The swimming pool is nice with pretty night view. The restaurant for breakfast is not quite big , you have to wait during peak time.

Very clear and new. However this hotel is more like a student accommodation or service apartment. The actual room and view looks cheaper and lower quality than the pictures on their website, very disappointed. Lastly, I felt like the staffs are not well trained.

The hotel is newly opened in 2024. You can feel and touch the sea up close. The swimming pool is kept heated, and you can feel the sound of the waves at night! The hotel rooms are fully equipped!

Although there were some language difficulties, communication should be no problem if you can speak simple English. If you don't know any English at all, you can download a translation software, which will facilitate communication. I guess those who had a bad experience had problems with language communication. In short, I will choose this hotel next time. After all, the Shilla brand should still be guaranteed in Korea. It was too cold this time, so I couldn't go to the swimming pool. Next time when it's warmer, I must go to the swimming pool. The scenery there is really good.

The facilities are excellent, but my friend and I are special forces soldiers. We leave early and come back late, so we didn't really enjoy the hotel's swimming pool. The handsome guy at the front desk, Kim Hakhyun or Kim Hakgyu, I can't quite remember the name, checked us in early. I was very happy. The hotel is decorated in a minimalist style and is very clean. I think the hotel smells pretty good. Jeju Island is beautiful and there are many good people. Come again next time~

The price/performance ratio is a bit low. The hotel facilities are very good, but the room is very small. The king-size bed room feels like the size of a standard bed in a domestic room. I went to Shilla Stay Iho Tewoo Hotel for a couple's trip and overall, I was completely satisfied with the price! The pool was also convenient because it was free to use and the time limit was abolished, and I was satisfied with the facilities such as the fitness center, unmanned convenience store, and coin cleaning room, and above all, the view was so good that I stayed comfortably for 3 nights! :)

The hotel is clean as it has just opened. I was able to check in comfortably thanks to the friendly front desk staff. The pool is available anytime in the morning and during check-in time, and you can choose to use it only during the evening time slot. The coffee at Waveless Cafe was good. The chicken & fries I took out from the cafe were not very tasty.

I went there with high expectations because it was newly built and hot... but for this price, I'd rather go to Shilla or Hyattㅜㅜ First of all, I had to wait 30 minutes just to check in.. I also had to wait 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee at Waveless. I couldn't close the curtains because I could see people passing by outside the window in the room. The pool is similar to what you see on Instagram, but it's not as big as the picturesㅜㅜ It was nice that it was close to the airport. It's clean because it's newly built, but I'm not sure if I'll come again... And as soon as I entered the lobby on the first floor, there was a musty moldy smell that wasn't great.

The price of a resort hotel, the room is equipped with a fast hotel. The only advantage is that the view outside the window is OK, and the 1.8-meter bed is relatively large. There is no bathtub, a simple shower room, and even the tooth cup is disposable. The front desk has only Korean and English, and the hotel description given to me is only in Korean. The swimming pool is divided into time periods, and you can only choose one time period at night. The swimming pool is parent-child oriented, and everyone brings children. I watched the sunset at the seaside in the swimming pool 🌇, which is very good. The location is a little bit remote, but it doesn't make any difference to take a taxi everywhere.
