Excellent location and facilities, with ******, children playground, a number of different restaurants and shops in the hotel. The rooms are tidy and clean. There were English speaking staff so communication is not a problem. The staff were polite and they provide good service.

We stayed in deluxe room with ocean view. Room was very clean. View on the ocean would be astonishing but our windows from the outside were very dirty, it was really killing this vibe. Reception doesn’t speak English almost at all. Jacuzzi (modern ryokan) is available only if you book it in advance and price is pretty high 100000kwon for 1,5 hour. No one told me this before booking this hotel. Luckily in price fish and chips and beer it wine and cheese is included. Hotel is located in most beautiful place u can imagine. Right next to the sea and close to the beach. Parking was free, convenient store downstairs in hotel building.

I really like this room. It has a sense of design and is warm. There is a window next to the bed. When you open it, you can see the view of P4. The bathroom is also very convenient and there is a separate place to put shoes. The kitchen downstairs is also very good. The microwave and refrigerator are all complete. I get up early every day to eat the yogurt for breakfast! Both Ouni and Oppa are very gentle~

It was the best starting point for the Jeju Olle Trail, and the cleanliness and service were the best. Although the facilities are good, I can see that the building is a little old, but I feel very warm looking at the yard and tangerine trees in front. I want to find it again next time

The room, fitness and pool were really good. Probably will stay here next time too. The only disappointment was the front desk service. I arrived before the official check in time, and the front desk employee told me to register for online queue through catchtable (I was the second in the waiting list), so they can inform me when my time comes. I did so, but they didn’t informed me, even it was already the check in time.

The hotel location is easy to find. No need to walk too far from the hotel to find shops and places to eat, because the location is in the middle. The staff is friendly and the check in and out process is very easy. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Equipped with chairs, table, TV, air conditioning, dressing table, hairdryer, refrigerator and toilet equipment. The toilet is also spacious with shower water. Warm water is available. Soap, shampoo provided by the hotel. A microwave and dispenser are available in the lobby area. You can also leave your luggage if it's not time to check in and you still want to explore. Very good.
