Nice hotel in jasper, good room, good location.
But room noise is bad. If you take baby there, you should consider that problem.

Great value, 15-20 mins walking distance to town. Double queen with balcony slept 4 and the view was great. Only downsides were the bathrooms (bathtub had very disturbing rust) and we never had our room tidied. Overall, we would stay again.

Location was good and the mountains view was great. Quality of room was average and the front desk staff can be more welcoming, especially the guy during the night shift.
In general, it’s pricy was what’s provided to guests.

The room facilities are very new, including a microwave oven, dishes, cutlery, and basic salt. I went to the supermarket to buy some ingredients, made noodle soup and baked pizza.
The bedding is very new and clean, and the room is quite spacious. There is a small dining table, two stools and a sofa, which is very suitable for families with the elderly and children. not bad.
It's just a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants, it takes 18 minutes to walk. If you are traveling by car, this is not a problem.

I would not recommend this property, I booked it looking that star rating, but we didn’t had microwave in room or not public one, my kid was crying for milk I ask hotels kitchen staff to just microwave milk for 30sec they said nope, if you don’t buy it from here we can’t, no air circulation. Shower was not working, sink water was not draining completely, it was a mess only thing I like was pool and hot tub apart from that there was nothing good here, I will never go back instead I would try some local lodge, coz paying this much I could not get normal services then lodges are better, will save money for future
