Location is very good and situated very near to raghunath temple. It is in the heart of jammu and many good shops are available with distance of 50 metre.

Location is good but, it's on a no entry road so taxis avoid entering it, rooms size was good but not property is not well maintained.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheet. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I can’t say this to be hotel. Even basic amenities, like hot water, ac remote to adjust temperature, lift etc. Are not there. Washroom and cleanliness are like that of public places. Hotel staff do not know what is cleanliness. Even rooms and washrooms do not have proper locking system.
