Booked from online portal but Mr Harpreet & Mr Atish offered me the best available deal for the tariff so i would like to book directly from them only. Got the good room and well cleaned and all the staff are amazing specially the front office team. Thanks to all will stay here only.

The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect order. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly ***agement who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent food, Very nice and humble staff mainly Pulkit and Reepan are excellent in their job.

ZONE, By The Park, is a centrally located hotel, 500 meters from the Jammu Railway Station. Clean and neat, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I really liked the delicious Kashmiri food: Nadru, Kashmiri dum aloo, dal makhani, etc. I would really like to thank the Chef who definitely created wonderful cuisine. I have stayed in other good hotels in J&K, but I can definitely say, the food and service are 'The BEST' in this hotel, ZONE By The Park. I met the General ***ager Mr.Prateek Acharya who was extremely courteous and gave us tips on food and sightseeing. After meeting Mr.Prateek, I tried the Kashmiri food; believe me, it was just wonderful. Moreover, Mr.Deepak in the transportation and the front office staff was very helpful. Great place to stay in Jammu.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable.
- The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness.
- Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts.
- The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC.
- Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy.
- No wardrobes.
- Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls.
- They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort.
- If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there.
- Morning tea, you need to go outside the room
I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

I RECENTLY STAYED AT KC RESIDENCY HOTEL AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES PROVIDED BY STAFF . THE FRONT OFFICE TEAM WAS WARM AND WELCOMING . SPECIALLY MR. RISHABH , MS. MONIKA AND RAJKUMARI ARE VERY POLITE BEHAVIOUR AND ALWAYS SMILLING FACE . THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS ALSO FRIENDLY AND ENSURED MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE THROUGH OUT MY STAY.

They allotted me a business class room. It was way beyond my expectations. Spacious room, big windows, big wash room, and every thing very well neat and clean. Toiletries provided were of excellent quality. Hotel is well located, and bonus is that they have there own vehicle which one can rent to go anywhere, at a rate lower than the market rate. I would stay here again during my next visit to jammu.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the town. The rooms are good unfortunately there is no natural light in the room that i stayed in. Good is again excellent. The pool very beckoning. Somehow the hotel does not have running hot water. You have to request for it half an hour before your bath. The overall feel is clean and hygienic

GGuest UserFood Quality not good , House keeping Staff Behaviour with customers not good then directly asking for money Some other payments were pending due to which they were not allowing us to check out. While check in they would told us that your payment pending but they not inform to us and last moment when we have catch the train then are telling us about the payment pending but which we had already paid in advance. This type of service not acceptable. There is not proper dinning hall for breakfast /lunch/ dinner. There is place to sit next to room for breakfast /lunch/ dinner due to which there is lots of noise pollution no relaxation. Hotel is bit far away from highway we need to walk 5 mins to 10 mins walking to be done for reaching hotel. Better to check other hotels near to main road not visit this hotel.
