Connecting to PIK Avenue mall. There are two hotels connected to the mall: this hotel and Mercure hotel. This one is more expensive, but the facilities and the rooms are much better. I personally will pick this place to stay if you have more budget and you need to stay around Pantai Indah Kapuk area.

Stayed several times over the past 3 years, for myself maybe the best hotel in Jakarta, the only downside would be lack of dining options, the room service is excellent, but the upside is that there are many restaurants close by. Rooms are very well furnished, they need an update in terms of technology, really in a hotel of this standard you should be able to stream or cast onto the TV. Pool area is great, the hotel is really an oasis in the middle of Jakarta.

I booked for 4 nights. When I checked in, I said that I can only check in at 2 o'clock. I waited for more than 2 hours in the lobby of the apartment. No one greeted me. I was greeted with a welcome drink. When I arrived, an Indonesian brother came and took me to the room. end of service The next day, I communicated on WhatsApp that I wanted mineral water and tissues, but I didn’t read it for 3 days! On the last day, I sent a message in the morning saying that I was going to check out, and the Chinese landlord came to the door in less than 10 minutes...
