The hotel check-out time is 11:00 the next day, and the drop-off service can be provided. Why can I drop off in the morning but not pick up? After arriving at the hotel, we stored our luggage and went out for a walk. In the afternoon, after Yamada told us that the room was ready, we returned to the front desk (there was only one person at the front desk). The front desk lady took us to the room, and we followed her and dragged two suitcases on the uneven stone road to the room (why not put the suitcases in the room for the guests in advance?). The front desk lady introduced the facilities in the room stiffly. So far, we have not seen a smile on the faces of Yamada and the front desk, and the experience is extremely poor! The second is about hygiene 1. When I was about to go to bed at night, I found that there were many hairs on the sheets, some long and short, straight and curly, black and golden, which was outrageous! The hotel is newly opened in the local area. The toiletries are very good. It is purely Japanese style and has a strong atmosphere. It feels like traveling through time.
